The people in reception at 42-05 12th street are the rudest most incompetent people I’ve ever seen in costumer service. Cutting me off mid sentence, not listening, putting me on hold indefinitely multiple times. Complete and total nightmare.

This place is borderline criminal. Avoid at all costs. They overcharged me for 4 new brakes but only installed 2 of them. Found out a few months later when the car was inspected and had a tire rotation elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything off these guys. They will promise you the sun moon and stars until they have your money. I bought a brand new Jeep Compass last year for my daughter and she loves it but last week the transmission gave in. I called service and spoke to manager who told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could look at it 😳. No problem you can give me a loaner till it’s fixed and his response was ( I need to give you a loaner ? I don’t f.ing work you) 😡 and we got into it and he hung up I called back and spoke to general manager who told me he would sort it and call me back in a couple of hours, 6 days later and no call back. I’ve called every day since and was told he wasn’t in or was busy and would call me back but nothing 😡
We went to major world, to buy a Jeep Compass , lee Reveria was a huge help and George Flores as are salesmen could not of done a better job. Thanks to all.
They are the worst
They are the worst they fixed one headlight back in October they didn't even fix the screen now both headlights don't work they don't understand that I need my headlights to work. Nicole has a horrible attitude and so does the other service manager.last time the car was there they made me wait three weeks for an appointment they never let me know what was going on with the car so I can get myself a rental I was stranded for a week. Now both headlights don't work and you would think that they would take me in right away wrong they said I have to wait three weeks for an appointment and I said that that was beyond unacceptable because I have no headlights then they banned me unbelievable.

Dirty bathroom and dirty people!!!
Was told by Amanda Johnson that my vehicle was in stock and ready to purchase. That they inspected to make sure it was ready. I take the day off to go purchase the Pacifica Hybrid and they have no vehicle. The inventory manager tells me that the van is in stock but reserved as a fleet vehicle for companies which is total BS. Companies never buy the most expensive trim which is what I wanted plus I could see his computer screen and saw that only one Pacifica came up on his inventory and it wasn't the one I wanted. So avoid this place like the plague because they are either dishonest or incompetent.

Can’t buy anything from them because they won’t even answer the phone. What kind of place is this??????? They have a car that I want and at this point I’m practically begging to buy it from them.

I got a car from them 3 years ago now my lease is up and they wont take my lease return back, hung up on me at least 10 times.. i hope they go out of business with this type of customer service!!!
