i ordered a '22 m550; at that time, i was told that MAG would match whatever CarMax offered me for my car. At that time it was $40,600. A long 5+ months later, when i went to pick up the car, they reneged on the trade in deal. Their claim was the deal was old, and the manager that agreed to the deal was out on maternity leave. I updated the price on CarMax out of fairness, but the price had gone up, now at $42,100. Needless to say, someone else got my long-awaited car.

My EOS received quality service at MAG

My 2007 EOS is serviced at MAG. I always get the appointment time that fits my schedule. My car is finished on time or I will receive a phone call about the completed time. Bobby is helpful and friendly and makes good suggestions to care for my older car.

we ordered Q5 but they got different vehicle than what we ordered. They asked us to return accessories to get refund, which we did with in a day. They never issued refund. I called many times, nobody picks up phone, even if they pickup, they say somebody will get back but never does. These guy's are cheaters. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them.

My first time buying a car on my own. Josh and Carlos in the Sales department guided me through from start to finish. Josh said he was new but one would never know it, very professional and resourceful. Also, Gary and all people in the Volvo Service Department are always on point. very professional.

While the overall process was ok, there were items missed. The Eyebrow light was out on the passenger side. We are working to get that rectified, this far I've not heard back. The oil was not changed prior to taking the vehicle. The airbag light came on, 3 days after taking the car. As I've said, trying to work with the dealership, but have yet to hear from them. At this point, I can't recommend. If they address the shortcomings, I could.

Worst Dealer Ever

This is the worst dealer ever. They have very bad attitude, they lied. They played you around. My BMW imagine leaks oil, I sent to fix, three times. Every time, they said fixed ( the warranty was near the end in 6 months or so ). Then after warranty, they started to charge me for the same problem, every time they said they will definitely fix it, but it still leaks. Later I sent to another garage, with one peek, they immediately told me the problem, and said it’s very common for BMW. So apparently MAG staff knew the problem, they didn’t tell me and didn’t want to fix it ( because it would cost thousands under warranty, but they postponed the repair, later to charge me for the repair). I also bought a Tiguan from them, and bought service package. Last year, I sent it for maintenance service, they suggested alignment, I agreed only if they would rotate the front and back tires. After picking up my car, I don’t feel any difference, then found they didn’t rotate my tires at all, I even didn’t see any signs that they touched my tires. ( but they didn’t want to refund me). Today I called to make appointment to change oil, but they said I already used all of my services, they would charge for oil change. I was told service would be included in the service package I bought. The package is for three years, still has 5 months,I only sent back three times for maintenance). I will never buy anything from this dealer.

Went to MAG with my VW and my Maserati. Disappointed both times to say the least. Poor attitude in service. Sometimes it's the only game in town.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, I am not purchasing a car from MAG today. The advertised price online went up $1000 if taking advantage of VW financing offer, and while I would have gladly met in the middle and purchased the car today, they weren't really willing to negotiate, offering to take off $100. I've never walked away from a car over a $400 disagreement before now, and I'm surprised that they don't care more about selling in this difficult time. It should also be noted that the price they offered was average and somewhere in the middle of comparable used cars with the same specs sold elsewhere, so it wasn't like it was already a stellar deal.
