Liars, Unethical & Scammer

Liars, Dishonest, Unethical, Shady, Misleading, anything negative its Luxury Auto Mall. RUN & I mean FAST. I returned the car within hrs. Due the whole experience after being in their office for over 6 hrs to be handed a “spot agreement” to sign. Which mean your financing is still PENDING after John informs you you’re financed with a higher down payment on a lower priced Mercedes. They will not provide copies of ANY of their shady documents. They make you pay with a debit card WHY? bcz there’s NO REFUNDS! which there’s NO notices stating that. Think about it if your honest & your vehicles is in top shape you wouldn’t be concern to provide refunds within HOURS of the car being returned! Yes they took my money & put that broken down dirty Mercedes back on the market & sold it within days & still they refused to at least provide any part of my DP back!!! To keep my DP there last resort was to tell my Bank I lied on my application HOW DEAR THEY!!!Yes, since the transaction was on my debit card it doesn’t fall under the “credit” provisions. However, I was able to purchase my 2016 E350 Mercedes at a legitimate dealership w/$500 down with the actual license plate. I’m telling you be patient you will find a reliable, honest dealership or try financing in the privacy of your own home before using this horrible, shady dealership. If I can help 1 person & Luxury Auto Mall lose a sale it’s worth it. I truly refuse to believe and/or even question ANYONE giving this dealership a five star rating!!! That’s even shady!

Crooks I hope you read this they’re liars, too shady took my money & I have no car. They lied I returned the car within 1 hr. DEMAND CREDIT PAYMENT DONT DO DEBIT!!!!!! No refunds under a debit transaction.

They're unethical they will lie about your financing, price of the car, request a higher down payment per their lender "they have no lender"& shady documents which they will NOT provide copies RUN. Cars are dirty & have mechanical issues they will NOT repair. NO REFUNDS, NO REFUNDS they will NOT tell you think twice before handing over your hard earned money how dear they! I bet if they were in Wesley Chapel it wouldn't happen those people would've ran them out. They will request debit only because you can't dispute the charges DEMAND credit or go elsewhere. Look, there is so, so many legitimate dealership which doesn't rip you off. Go to those places you will find that right vehicle I promise I done it too late. I'm a single parent & this situation hurt me deeply & they sold the car the next day & still refuse to refund my money I tried to give my business to a minority company & this is what they did. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. There is a billboard above their location I may inquire about "Don't Do It" if I can save 1 person it's worth it.

Was tricked on the price to get me there. I bought a car anyways, they tried to trick me again when signing the contract. Sold me the car with a bad battery. After 3 months, the engine blow out. I was told I had full warranty on the engine, this wasn't true. Don't make the same mistake as me, don't even go near this place.

I was told 1 1/2 weeks ago the car was available, but it was sold when I went to buy it. It’s still being advertised . They lied to my face. Imho.

A place to get scammed!!

The advertised price was just UNDER $8,000. The final price AFTER $4,000 down payment was over $15,000. How does that work??? My daughter went in to purchase her 1st car. All the men available on the lot took part in scamming my poor baby. Pressured her relentlessly!! Refused to give her down payment back, forcing her to sign and leave there very unhappy and burglarized in many ways. We are speaking with a very known attorney regarding these types of deceits.

Lots of 1st time buyers are shocked at the APR that some banks can charge. Dont forget that your daughter had no proof of income, and credit score was in the very low; (Some banks charge more for this) Most banks said 'NO", but we were still able to find her an approval with a bank that will help get her credit to the next level--Good Luck!!

Posting a Lost Leader Raptor

They continue to post a Raptor they do not have in inventory. This looks like a classic as a lost leader strategy. Another reason not to deal with a large car dealership if you don't have to.

Over a timespan of several weeks, I have sent 4-5 emails to the dealership to see if the truck that I was interested in was still available, but never got any responses. Why list it online if you're not going to respond to a possible buyer!!!!

Cars not on lot.

My wife and I drove all the way from Naples, FL to see a Dodge 3500 that has been listed for a while. Got there two guys in black polo shirts where there. One had a customer the other was just walking around the back. Needless to say, none of the 3 trucks I went to see were on the lot. Looked at a GMC 1500 they had on the lot. It had cigarette burn holes in the driver seats. Alot of the cars were sitting on flat tires. Including an Escalade. Spent about 15mins walking around. No one approached me. While one other person was there shopping. Might be a good place for first car shopping.
