I walk into this dealership and was treated with respect and the customer service from Josh was breath taking he was very patient with me with explaining my information about me financing with a low down payment to a great 2011 caddy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please come and check this guys out there the truth don't go anywhere else!!!!! THANKS JOSH YOU ARE THE BEST GOD BLESS YOU.

Please I say please stay away from these people the are true xxxxxxxx and they take money and give you fake paperwork and they also put my signature on paperwork and changed the dates on paperwork as well car doesn't work I'm in the process of working with a lawyer who im very confident in he has had cases with these people before PLEASE STAY AWAY

So I recently went to this dealership to test drive a Ford raptor pickup truck which turned out to be a piece of junk that barely ran and had been poorly maintained so after that disappointing experience they led me to a couple other trucks which seamed to be ok but I finally decided on a 2016 f150 eco boost which had 35k miles on it and please keep in mind I was bringing a lot to the table I paid $32,000 dollars in a cashiers check for this truck. The one good thing and only good thing is was they installed new leather interior because the cloth had several stains and I will say the man did an amazing job far above and beyond my expectations so I was grateful for that but they told me the truck was in perfect condition and it ran fine with a clean car facts so I figured it was a good buy. Three data after the purchase I checked the oil to make sure it was good and it wasn’t reading anything on the dip stick so I put in a full court to bring it back up to full and three days later it was completely empty again!!! This pissed me off royally. Come to find out the truck had a blown head gasket and the only reason I was ok is because I had 20 days left on my power train warranty so I dropped the truck off 3 weeks ago at ford and still am I without a vehicle. To make it worse they were supposed to mail me my title and plates for my truck and they sent them to the wrong address and no One will take responsibility for it the $398 dollars I spent on title and plates was a complete loss and I don’t know if I will even be able to get them now. When I finally get a vehicle I will find out more. Do not shop at this place they sell broke xxx cars that have massive engine problems and will promise you everything is great when they know it’s not!!!

They lied about the entire history of the car, I felt scammed after the sale. Made up a story about the car which turned out to be completely false, had a major negative impact on the value of the car, they then turned their back on me when I mentioned I knew the facts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible place. Bought a car and within a day the AC is out. Call them and they say they will fix it. Give me back the car and it’s still not fixed. This was the first week in April. I still have no AC & it’s the end of May. They also claimed I had bumper to bumper warranty, but I actually called the warranty place itself and that doesn’t even exist. They charge me monthly for a warranty I don’t even have. Lastly, this owner is the most disgusting person I have ever met. He was talking terribly about me and said awful things in Spanish, assuming I did not know any Spanish. I am actually half Puerto Rican & fluent in Spanish. I then called him out for his rude actions, and he slammed the door and never spoke to me again. He then told me that he was threatening me & to take his warning, whatever that means lol. He has gotten into my face and yelled at me (mind you I am a 5 foot small, 20 year old woman), has said disgusting inappropriate things about me, and has treated me terribly. I’d advise everyone to not enter this place & to stay very far away. Crappy place with the absolute worst human beings I’ve ever met.

I had the absolute WORST experience with these people. They are liars and scam artists. I am so appalled and upset at how I was treated by these bullies. The owner is a nasty, rude and evil person. He’s straight trash. He had the nerve to yell at me because they lied and said I told them to get me a new tag but I already had one. Then told me I had to pay over $300 for a new tag. Are you serious? Why would I pay again when I have a hard tag already? They don’t care about you, they’re only in it for the money. Once they get your money they treat you like trash. How dare they lie to me, go behind my back and get me a new hard tag and I’d made it clear that I already had one. Alex, I’m very disappointed in you as well. These guys that work at this dealership should be ashamed of themselves for treating and taking advantage of their customers. Don’t be fooled, they will be so nice to you but once you’ve purchased a car they will show the EVIL aside of them. Again, to the owner how could you call yourself a CEO when you know absolutely NOTHING about being a boss? You guys lack customer and integrity all around. The most trash dealership in Tampa, Florida. I’m utterly disappointed and hope that no one ever get treated the way these monsters treated me. BEAWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. Go to someone else who values their customers. SCAMMERS!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

These guys are liars and scam artists. I traded in a broken Cadillac and before I left the lot it was already listed. That should've been a sign but I was happy to get an affordable vehicle I didn't have to fix. Instead they lied about the finance amount after keeping me there for 7hrs. Added in a bumper to bumper warranty that only covers the engine, trans and drive train. Days after driving off the lot every warning light on the dash lit up and is still lit up. The tires had 3 nails in them so I got stuck buying a set of tires. Took the car for 3 separate diagnostic checks with anywhere from 17-21 codes popping up. Warranty covers nothing that's needs fixing. I'm looking at over $900 in repairs not including the tires I already bought. I called repeatedly to address the issue only to literally be told by a salesman "Well, it's out of our hands now it's your car! Then hung up on. Finally spoke to the OWNER today 2 months later to be told if I want my registration transfer papers I need to come in and pay an additional$89 for the registration or "Drive dirty till the cops pull me!" Also he wants an additional$500 toward the deposit that I refuse to give until we can compromise on repairs. The owner also told me even if I paid the $89 he won't give me the registration until I pay the deposit. I said so you're gonna hold my registration ransom until I give you $589? He said if that's how you take it, yes! So I'm on the hook for $900 + in repairs plus $589 to get my registration. Not to mention I was never notified when I could put my tags on and the temp tags expired 2 weeks ago. I've filed with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I'll be pursuing other avenues as well. Save your hard earned money and don't give it to these crooks. There are more honorable men in prison than owning or operating this chop shop.
