Cars on the lot
Your Reviews Are Being Read! Thank you!
I was looking at a car they had advertised on line and at a good price but after reading all these horrible reviews, I will be taking my business elsewhere! Thank you to all the reviewers for your honesty and saving me lots of money, frustration and time!
20k to fix car after a month. Dealer doesn't care.
Lot 99 LLC I waiting for 10+ year to be able to afford a 2010 BMW X5M And Gary at Lot 99 LLC told me some lie about how the Owners wife was driving the car I wanted and I could see it the next day… The car had this extreme smell of burnt oil. Which Have never smelled before… and I know cars… Gary said of that is a easy fix… it is just a simple valve cover… No this is dead wrong that smell was a cracked cylinder wall that was rebuking gas and oil over and over and over!!! I bought a blown engine from this company and now I have tried to talk to half a dozen “Managers” which is all a lie. They keep passing me from person to person and no one not anyone gets back to me!!! My 20 thousand dollar car broke down in a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The BMW I bought was traced back to Canada… They tried to erase a blown engine and make money off of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do Not Buy any vehicles from this company. I repeat do Not buy anything from them. They will not help you out at all, what so ever. They will ignore you and you will waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sold a 20,000$ car that had a blown engine from the negating of purchase!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your money with this company!!!!!!!
Don’t by from Lot99
Richard Weber 1 review **DO NOT BUY FROM LOT 99** I have been buying cars for over 55 years. I have never met a car dealer with such total disregard for a customer after they received my money. These people buy cars from the local auction lot that other car dealers don't want. Then they put lipstick and makeup on them and sell them from their lot to unsuspecting customers. I bought such a truck. So far I have put over $2000 in this truck to make it drivable. Then after paying cash and waiting over 90 days for a title so I could get my license plates allowing me to drive my truck legally. All I got from the dealer was "We don't know where your title is" I called them twice a week, for WEEKS, "AND IF" someone answered the phone from the office most of the time all I got was “we will call you back”. (Which almost "NEVER" happened) Finally after over (3) months I called Oregon DMV and I was immediately assigned a case # and personal contact person (with his phone #) and in only 8 days he got my title to me. My first clue to these people should have been the rude person from sales that answered the phone the first time I called there. DON'T let their nice web site fool you, they fooled me. “Most” of their sales people are VERY rude once the sale is made :-( ..... STAY AWAY FROM LOT 99 Sent from my iPhone
Nice Cars Bad Service
If you have less than perfect credit they wont even contact you. I get it, but it's also a little rude. This is more of a heads up to future buyers than a review on the company.
No care for vehicle quality
Test drove a care listed at a competitive price. Car was dirty on the outside and inside. After about 2 miles on a test drive the engine started to smoke, burning oil. Drove it back to the dealer and it continued to smoke while they ignored me in the lot. The sales guy came out eventually and when I told him they might want to look at it as it was burning oil, he said, "we don't fix them, we just sell them. I checked another similar vehicle. There was no oil showing on the stick and the transmission fluid was so dark, it was burned and who knows what was going on inside the transmission. They are clearly just a "car mill" trying to turn over cars for a profit and take no care to make sure they are in good condition. I was two for two on likely damage, and no one seemed to care.
Bad bad service,,all they want is your money
Worst experience ever, they dont keep up their word, bought a car here, so im speaking about my experience, not even a interior detail? All they will do is to pretend
Do not go here
Do not buy a car from here! Bought a car from here a month ago and now the engine won’t even turn over. (Have suspicion that engine lights were tampered with before). Itʻs a moot point because the repairs cost more than the actual car is worth. Iʻve gone back and forth with them constantly and am just tired. Going to just pay the fees to get rid of the faulty car they sold me. Hopefully someone will read this and not fall into the same pit I did. Please do not do business here.
Came from out of town for the truck. Every feature they said it had it didn’t. No cruise, no heated seats. No power windows or door locks. In 1 year I’ve done over 5000 dollars in repairs. Front axle rebuild. Air conditioning. Tie rods and xxxxx. The guy at the axle place told me that the truck had obviously been in standing water for a long time. The bed of the truck is not the original. Should be a salvage title. No help from lot 99, currently working with state attorney. By the way, the truck says it only has 48000 miles. Nope, also a lie. Don’t go here, just don’t.
Long story short. Don't trust a word these crooks say... Carfax it!!! Take it to your mechanic to get checked out not theirs or one they recommend.. and never I mean never buy a car from these people sight unseen.
Read the reviews and avoid these guys.
They will screw you for a buck. Customer service is non existent. Beware of any vehicle on the lot. Have an outside shop inspect it before you buy. Better yet go to a lot that cares about their reputation and wants you to come back.
