LKL Motors

(accidentally gave a 0 star review, so redoing that here) LKL Motors was super helpful in walking us through the buying process. I live in another state, and the owner of the dealership was super helpful in walking us through everything involved in making the purchase happen (title transfer, registry transfer to another state, ect). It was a great experience, and would definitely buy from them again, given the chance!

Very nice family business, well run and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure we got car our quickly and easily. They even came in on New Year's Day so we could sign the papers.

Rick and Lee were quite patient and worked with me on getting a great value on the car! Runs well and I'll definitely keep them in mind for the future

Found a car on Craigslist and made an appointment to come test drive it, the car was everything he said it was! The owner was great and got the permit for a test driving going right away, he was able to answer any questions we had and the buying process was super easy! I would recomend buying from this lot 10/10. Made buying my first car a good experience!

I found my new car on Cars.com. The photos were awesome, the car looked like it was in great condition, and it had a great car fax, but I was a bit hesitant to drive an hour away from home to go check it out. Rick contacted me and left a voicemail and when I got the chance to chat with him on the phone I immediately felt like I was talking to a genuine person. I spontaneously drove to Puyallup an hour later and arrived to meet the most friendly and helpful dealers that I had met throughout my whole experience of looking for a used car. Rick was awesome!! He totally took care of me, let me go for a test drive on my own to get a good feel for the car, he even talked with my Dad on the phone and answered all of my Dads questions too. He went above and beyond and was incredibly accommodating to me and made buying a car a breeze! Not only are the people great but the car I bought is in great shape! Super clean, and had everything I was looking for in a car. I would recommed LKL Motos to anyone! It was absolutely worth the drive.. Thanks Rick!

The experience with LKL Motors was a very straight forward no nonsense experience. They were very honest and did not hide or smooth over anything about the vehicle or their process. Nor did they try to up sell me on items or contracts. The vehicle I purchased along with vehicles within their lot were of high quality considering the age or mileage. Not to mention when asked the dealership presented me with a full Car Fax. with all maintenance records included.

Not a huge lot, but I went in with a car I wanted to look at in mind. The service was good in general. Not a fan of the building as I tripped coming down the stairs because the last board came up completely when I stepped on it (think stepping on the teeth of a rake and the handle flies up)

Straightforward vehicle purchase. Rick was patient throughout the process and focused on answering my questions and addressing any concerns that I had, so that I was able to make my decision to buy.

I had an excellent experience with LKL Motors. Lee, who is the owner, is a knowledgable and very professional gentlemen. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and he wen above and beyond to make me a happy and loyal customer.

I just bought a used car from them and the service was amazing! It's a smaller place which I liked because it didn't have the high pressure feel of bigger dealerships. We worked with Rick who was friendly and straightforward. He let us do a test drive by ourselves and go wherever we wanted which was really nice because we were able to really get a feel for the car. He answered all of our questions and the whole process was super smooth. Their cars are also priced very well, the two I looked at were at or below the blue book value. I cannot recommend them enough!
