Worked with Kim in sales, she was excellent from start to finish, got me an insane deal on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willy's Edition. I had a request to be out of the dealership within 2 hours and she made it happen as I drove a distance to get there. Couldnt be happier with her. Kim and Skylar also gave me a very excellent offer on my trade. I would recommend both of them.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. When I bought the vehicle they upset with me on a maintenance plan. Scheduling that maintenance is next to Impossible, I call it rings a while makes me leave a message with the call back number and they never called me back. Every time I called it for a complaint I'm told the general manager is on a conference call and is unable to help

Worst customer service experience in a decade. I brought my car in for repairs after waiting a month for my appointment, was told they would call me later that day to tell me what they found. When I called the next day and asked why there was no update, Sean the csr started yelling at me. I spoke to the manager Mario who said the car was being worked on, guaranteed an update by end of the day. For the next 48 hours they refused to call me back, they started hanging up on me. I had to show up at the dealership in order to speak to anyone. I demanded my car back, which wasn't a problem because they hadn't done a thing to it in 48 hours +. When I showed up the service manager Mario and the rep Sean were just sitting around joking. They were intentionally not calling me back.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. This was the worst service department/customer service experience I have ever encountered. Brought our car here in January. In February, we were told it would need a full transmission rebuild, which was covered by warranty. After that, they went completely silent. We left dozens of messages with the service advisor, the service manager Mario and had someone from the dealership send Mario an email with the General Manager copied. For three months we couldn't get a single person on the phone beyond the receptionist. We finally had to drive over there and Mario gave us excuse after excuse about why he never called us back, why the vehicle was never fixed and NEVER apologized about any of it. We demanded to get the car back, and even though we drove it into the dealership in drivable condition, the vehicle didn't drive anymore so we had to pay to have it towed to another shop. Again, no apologies from Mario about any of this. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I originally contacted this dealership because I had a 2020 Ram Rebel that I had put $25,000 on from another dealership. I asked them if they could BUY my truck for $52,000 (currently owed $34,000 on the loan) so that I could put the money back in my bank for home projects, and then just lease a truck instead for around the same payment. That way I could keep the money in the bank and have the same monthly payment, Yeon, the “general manager” reached out to me and explained he could do this. I get to the dealership and check out the truck and go over everything with the sales girl Kim. As soon as I get to finance I find out that Yeon set the deal up as a trade, NOT them purchasing my truck. I explained that this was absolutely the opposite of what I wanted to do because then I’m just putting my equity into a lease and not getting any money in my bank. They said that could not do it that way and my monthly payment for that structure would now be $950 instead of $454. I ended up just leasing the truck anyway and hopefully in 3 years I’ll have equity in this newer truck. Yeon called me the next day and the conversation was absolutely the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced. He told me that I never said anything to him about needing the equity to go back in my bank and that “i should have known they could never get me into a lease for the same payment when the new truck is more expensive”. He blamed the entire thing on me and did not apologize ONCE. My wife and I would have never done this if we would have been told they wanted the truck as a trade. We now have to alter our Honeymoon due to finances caused by this situation. I want to point out, the sales girl Kim was amazing to work with. She was awesome through the whole process and was only doing was Yeon told her to. Yeon is the shadiest person I have ever worked with at a dealership and the fact he’s the GM of sales scares me for other people. GO BUY YOUR DODGE OR JEEP ELSEWHERE. You won’t regret it.

I went in recently in search of a part for my Jeep. Brandon Pipher was very rude and did not help me in finding the part. Instead, he spent 15 minutes in front of me speaking on his cell phone having a private conversation while I waited. Until I just left. I do not recommend this dealership.

Made my car buying experience easy

I called and set up an appointment to check out the car I wanted for that same day with Larry. He had the car out front and ready to check out by the time I got there. He let me know that the car had just been brought in and had not been detailed or inspected but he would make sure everything was taken care of before I got to take it home. Larry worked hard to make sure that I got a good deal with terms that fit my budget. The whole process was easy and pressure free. Larry made this experience of buying my Jeep hassle free and I would highly recommend this dealership and him as your sales consultant!
