The only issue I’ve had with my 2004 Dodge Durango is clicking in the front end when cornering sharply. It’s often dealers/auto repair services treat women, especially senior citizens as if they don’t understand what they are talking about. Bought used vehicle for our son to use while in college. Big mistake. Getting ready to have it towed for second time in 2 months. 4th time engine light has gone on in 6 months. Poor customer service. On my second day waiting for service manager to return call. Find it hard to believe they actually have mechanics check car out before putting up for sale. I feel like I’m just wasting my time going in when my engine light comes on. This will be the third time it’s been in for egr problems. The truck was used when I bought it from them and it really makes me wonder if this problem is the reason why the previous owner traded it in. I own several Ram vehicles and this is the first time I’ve had to have multiple trips for the same problem. I don’t know if it’s just a hard problem to figure out or if the mechanics are just inexperienced.
