I was at this location at the beginning of February after my car was stolen and I needed a new fob. I wanted a couple of replacements as well but parts needed to order them. I was told I would be contacted when they arrived so I could come get them along with getting some routine maintenance. Almost 2 months passed and I was never contacted. I left messages on 3 occasions and never received a return phone call or any communication. When I’m there in person customer service is great but attempting to communicate when not in person is wildly unprofessional and frustrating.
Great experience! Quick.process made easy and up-front. I found the vehicle by just gong in and after they gave such a fair price for my trade-in, I had to do it. Happy ever since.

The only issue I’ve had with my 2004 Dodge Durango is clicking in the front end when cornering sharply. Patience. Billy was an excellent representative for Lythia. He listened to all of my concerns and responded in a timely manner. It’s often dealers/auto repair services treat women, especially senior citizens as if they don’t understand what they are talking about. Billy was thoughtful, if I was not clear we discussed the problem further and found the solution. I’m happy with Lythia.
