The service writer assumed my truck was a gas engine when
The service writer assumed my truck was a gas engine when it is an EcoDiesel. He never entered the VIN. The person who did the 30000 mile service had never worked on a EcoDiesel. I do not appreciate spending nearly $900.00 while the guy stumbled through the required services unsupervised. It puts the lie to the ads about highly trained techs to care for my trucks.

The dealer is gpod but the service department customer
The dealer is gpod but the service department customer service is lacking communication skills along with lies and not caring to give any attention when you are a female. I was extremely dissapointed in how I was treated. Although the sales department are excellent in customer service.

Thank you for your response. There is so much room to learn, improve and grow in the customer service. This is a learning curve not to discriminate against woman when it comes to auto knowledge. Maybe that we don't know much about mechanical auto parts, the lingo used and processes as a female I can distinguish when someone is careless and discriminative against me. I called several times and service person deny on the phone and in my face that I left numerous messages on voice mail and with service receptionist. Most of the time was not even paying attentipn to me as if my questions comments or words had no value. About the lies; beside the denial throwing the ball between receptionist and service agent of not knowing that I call or that I needed to talk to him. Also abou the equipment install and asking several times showing physically the model that you have on the floor "are you sure this is what you install?" saying yes when is not at all what was install. **That is to me careless lies just to get me away and not to bother anymore. They did not respect what I asked for they drove the car 147 miles to Eugene and the transmission is messed up can’t even enjoy the car I just bought so messed up
