I told them to service my vehicle and change every fluid on the truck when I checked the oil it had not been changed the fuel filter was not changed and air filter was not changed

They do not have enough technical personnel, I need a repair, for which they gave me an appointment with a month to wait, after that, I had to wait 5 days without my vehicle, and the repair did not turn out well, I have to do the repair again, but they tell me that I have to wait more than a month to be able to do it and apart from that I have to pay again for something that they did not do well the first time

I feel like I’m always overcharged or quoted extra time

I feel like I’m always overcharged or quoted extra time to do tasks. Last time I was in for an oil change they check marked that they had done all the things (checked tires, filled fluids, etc.). I very quickly learned that they hadn’t filled my windshield washer fluid, although they said they did. They also neglected to tell me my window regulator (to bring window up/down) was under warranty and were quoting me several hundred dollars to fix it. I questioned this, but they continued to quote me a price. Took it to another shop who said it should be covered under warranty. I went back to Lithia and questioned them again, they finally told me it was covered under warranty.
