They have me decent deal on my trade in, they weren't pushy. I got a great car and it was without talking for hours on the dealership. I live they van. My insurance went down because it has son many safety features. AND it'ts better on gas savings. Great experience!

Thought the customer service was excellent. Dropped in unscheduled from the coast for an oil change and our service rep Marley Storey was excellent, treated us like we had an appointment. Nice seating and coffee and snacks while you wait or you can choose to be shuttled somewhere. Love it and will use them again. Dog was also welcome.

I am usually pleased but this time when I had my oil
I am usually pleased but this time when I had my oil changed they told me they put in the wrong kind and they put in too much and he called me back on the phone and said don’t go too far just get right back and we’ll fix it so I was actually kind of upset normally I’m pretty pretty happy with them
During my visit there I waited over 2.
During my visit there I waited over 2.5 hours to finally be told my vehicle oil change and fuel filter was done. I walked out to where my truck was parked and I could see a small amount of oil under my truck as well as a drip coming from underneath. I went back inside of the dealership and spoke to who I believe was a manager who came outside with me and observed the same thing. He in turn called out the technician that completed the work. The technician had a poor attitude toward the manager and was insubordinate towards him, all while I was standing there. The technician reluctantly took my vehicle back and rinsed off the oil and apparently the diesel fuel that was not cleaned. I was then asked to come to the shop while my truck was on the lift and see that the oil/diesel fuel was rinsed off. This is by far the worst service I have ever recieved here and I live several hours away and come there to have work completed. The other thing that was bad about this is when I came back in to report what I observed another employee stated this took place several times the day prior. This is frustrating that this was still happening and to top it off after paying over 400 dollars I get asked to come to the shop to see the stuff was rinsed off. The People at Lithia in Eugene were great.
The People at Lithia in Eugene were great. They had the truck I was looking at ready for a test drive when I arrived. After a brief preriod of low steess negotiation, we settled on a payment that worked with my budget. A short ~30 minute wait for the finance guy where we ironed out some minor “hiccups” on their end and I was on my way. Maybe three hours start to finish.
