Don’t give this place your business! I bought my truck cash plus a pricy warranty and have had nothing but issues. It took me 2 months to get into an appointment to have the car looked at and have waited another 2 months for them to tell me if the warranty will cover the work needed. They don’t return my calls and the guys are just rude unless they’re selling you something. Once they had money in hand the service was horrible and I was told I could take my warranty elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

Worked with Dakota initially, we negotiated for a day, was very responsive and was aggressive (which is OK, its sales they should be if wanting your business) but not pushy. He did a good job of not appearing at all flustered during our interaction via phone and email. I worked the reminder of my deal with Brian Fisher the next day, he worked for the sale and got me $1,000 more on my trade than originally agreed to. I finished the paperwork/deal with him and was impressed with his in person demeanor. I used to be in car sales and financing so I have a respect for the profession. This was the quickest sale of a vehicle Ive ever done, was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes. Couldnt be happier with finding my dream car (2020 Jeep Wrangler). Would purchase from this dealer again and kuddos to Brian/Dakota for partnering on assisting me.

They said my air box snorkel needed to be replaced that...

They said my air box snorkel needed to be replaced that it was missing a part. It drove worse after I dropped it off. A week later I opened up my hood and noticed that they didn't even clamp back down the air box. And part of the air box was broken and all the broken pieces were sitting in the air box. So that tells me they broke it and now they're wanting me to pay to replace it. I had changed my air filter approximately 2 months ago. And there was no broken pieces sitting in that box at that time. And no one else has worked on my car But them since I replaced it. I had a second opinion done and the second person said that this would not cause the problems I'm having. Although I feel like Dodge failed me on this one.... Seth Coffin was always very helpful and I do appreciate them not charging me for the diagnostic. But why didn't they charge me the diagnostic? Because they broke it
