We had planned on buying a new car later this year, unfortunately the time table was moved up by an accident that totaled one of our vehicles. Jason Cox and the entire team was amazing in helping us to find our perfect car. We got everything we wanted and the entire process was pretty seamless. Even a small glitch with a financing mishap was handled well. Highly recommend.

Gary Hilton and Lindsay Acura Rocks!

Our experience was very unique. I started inquiring about the car through the internet. I received a call from Gary Hilton, who is the nicest person you will ever meet. During the process, my wife’s father became very ILL and ultimately passed away. Gary went out of his way to help us. We live over 75 miles away and Gary delivered the car to us. He was professional, showed a very caring side and even prayed with us. BTW, that is a first for me, but really can’t say enough about Gary and Lindsay Acura. The car is great and experience was five star perfect.

My service experience with Acura service was not so great

My service experience with Acura service was not so great unfortunately. I have been going there for a few years and service did the best they could until toward the end of 2021. I paid $84 for diagnosis of my ABS lights showing on dashboard and it is fixed but the service technician messed up both the passenger side doors and they don't lock or open by remote since then. Acura said They will credit my Acura account for the amount of $84 and some change but now they are denying it and saying that this is only for Diagnosis of my new problems that they caused for my passenger doors that they messed up. They are claiming that the fuse box was opened by some one else other than them and not sure what they have done to it prior but I am the first owner of this car and I purchased it when this car had only 140 original miles on it. I am also afraid if I have them fix the doors or diagnose it further, something else will get messed up. But the point is that I cannot open or lock my passenger doors anymore after the initial diagnosis that was intended to fix my ABS system and that is very frustrating to me. I emailed and called Tommy Rhodes, service manager three times since last October and have not heard from him at all.

Nick was great to work with. He knew the car well and helped me get a little more on my trade. Only con is that the dealer tacks on a coating that costs a few thousand dollars instead of charging over MSRP.

We called Lindsay to purchase our sixth Acura - five of which came from Lindsay. Our regular salesman had moved over to the Honda lot (Shannon Dailey) so we were recommended to a new salesman, Thad Beaver. We live in the WV/KY/OH Tri-State area, which is almost three hours from Columbus so we wanted to do as much work as possible over the phone. Thad is remarkable! If I could give him ten stars, he deserves it. He found the perfect vehicle for us and met my husband in Chillicothe to deliver it, saving him a few hours of time in getting the new MDX. We are loyal Lindsay customers because of the service that is offered at this dealership. We bought our first Acura locally but found that the deals, service, and personal attention that we have received three hours north in Columbus keeps us coming back.

My time with Lindsay Acura started several years ago. That’s when I met Tabitha. I just purchased my 5th car from her…..and I will never work with another sales person again. She is knowledgeable about the different vehicles, a good listener for what you are looking for, fun to be around, full of energy, and she will go above and beyond to get you the best deal. You just don’t leave the dealership with an awesome car but you also leave with a new friend!! I have had a great experience every time from start to finish of buying my cars. I highly recommend Lindsay Acura.

My experience started several years ago when I bought my first car from Tabitha. I recently just bought my 5th car from her. Tabitha is very knowledgeable about the cars, she listens to what you are looking for, fun to be around, full of energy, and will go to great lengths to make sure she is getting you the best deal.
