Liberty Ford Vermilion

Don't ever ever ever go to Liberty Ford!!! I was in a car accident and I had my car taken there. I couldn't drive it the day after I got it back from them. Took it back up there and they had it sitting there for months and didn't do anything. I haven't been able to drive my car for over a year thanks to Liberty Ford. Two different service managers I dealt with both got fired. They made all kinds of promises to me and never fulfilled them. this shady dealership robbed me for $500 on my deductible, because it was a hit and run, and my insurance company out of $2,000. If anybody wants more proof of their lies and promises they don't fulfill. I have plenty of text messages and voicemails. I even talked to their general manager who wasn't going to do a xxxx thing about it. I wish I would have known before going there. I thought taking a Ford to a Ford dealership was a good idea, definitely not this Ford dealership. I've definitely learned my lesson. they don't care that I'm paying $300 a month for a vehicle that's sitting in my driveway that I can't even drive. They got their money they obviously don't care about their customers. I would trust a random backyard mechanic more than this supposed dealership.

Have leased several cars over the last couple of decades. I use A-plan so price is the same at different dealerships, its the service dept. that keeps me coming back.

They strive to be better than the rest, and they’re excellent. Great quality of services from the salesman, financial officer, and maintenance team.

My wasn't cleaned very well, still had polishing dust on my handle on the rear door that was really thick plus a white film on my windows.

Oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out fast, abut 45 minutes. The service personal were great too. I will keep going back when I need my cars werviced.
