The purchase of my vehicle was excellent. My sales person, Dan Ortiz, still greets me whenever he sees me at the dealership, remembers my vehicle very specifically and asks about my experience with it. I am always able to get in for servicing , I?m treated politely, and feel comfortable with a service person now. They have a wonderful human interface. This facility is clean and attractive and comfortable if I need to wait.

Have purchased 2 Ford Motor Products from Liberty Dealerships. I am so very disappointed with them. My last purchase was for a 2017 Lincoln MKX. I bought the Ford/Lincoln extended wrap policy for the CPO MKX, along with a pre-paid maintenance plan and Surface Care Protection. I traded the vehicle about 17 months into ownership and then contacted Liberty to begin the process to refund the balance of my pre-paid CPO FOMOCO wrap. The dealer would not return my calls. Perhaps a letter to Mr. William Ford, Chairman of the Ford Motor Company, will wake someone up at Liberty. I will NEVER purchase from them again!
It was fine. Further inspections are too pricey. I can not afford the prices that was shown to me.

I had a very pleasant experience at Liberty Ford. The person taking my call to set up an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation was cordial and helpful with a time convenient to me. I was very pleased with all the associates who were very cordial and professional. And I was happy with the service on my car ? they even washed my car, which was an added plus.

2012 Buick Enclave. Drove great they fixed an air conditioning problem, however when I drove it for about a week it developed an engine miss, bought an extended warranty have it scheduled at a local Ford Dealership. I feel I was treated fairly, just one of those things.
