I have been going to their quick lube for over 40 years. They changed my oil on June 30. Last week, my wife noticed a tinny sounding noise. Took my car back to them. They graciously checked out my Acura ILX to find that the protective shield was improperly installed & imediately fixed it. They also insisted that that they replace some previously damaged parts that were not their fault. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them for their honesty and friendly service.

Had an appointment for diagnostic on air,first time when l took in at 8am and told them wally armour in alliance had said the lines to the rear was leaking , 41/2 later said after they ran a diagnostic that high pressure intake line was leaking. Waited month and half later for part and again drop off at 8am. Took about 7hrs to get call it was fixed. Lasted about a month till was blowing hot air again. Got another appointment a week later. Dropped off again at 8:am. I called them at 4: 30 to see what was up and was told the teck was just wrapping up and writing up estimate! The next day Tom McCourt called and with big break they was giving me , it was going to cost me around 2300.00 since it was such a big job! Made an appointment with Wally Armour again , and with diagnostic was fixed for a little under 1200.00. If anyone reading this still takes it to Liberty Ford,beware!

In the era of dealerships adding 5k, 10k, 20k as ?market adjustments? the the MSRP of popular vehicles Liberty Ford readily and without hesitation accepted my Ford X plan. My salesman (Bill) was straight with me about everything, showed me features of my new car and answered every question I had. The paperwork was about as simple as it could really be. A bit of pressure from the finance guy for the extended warranty, but that is to be expected. All in all a very good experience.
