Leo, John, and, the entire Liberty Ford Aurora team, went above and beyond for us when we purchased our Explorer last month! Everyone was super pleasant and down to earth. Loved them! They have a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a different vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service department or at least their advisors. Attempted to make service appointment at Liberty Ford Aurora using their online service center calendar which every day is blocked off (grayed out) for the rest of the year at minimal. I called twice and was transferred to service department and left two voice mails (Derrick and Brian) a couple days apart and received NO call-back. I would go somewhere else but this location is close to work so I could take a work truck in for repairs. Everyone else at Liberty Ford in Aurora seems competent, minus the service advisors.....

They were great. From the very start they were making sure they did whatever was needed to insure i had pleasent experience. They also had patients with me when i had a family emergency that kept me from finishing the sale process. From the salesman to the sales manager to the fincance dept. All were professional and most importantly helpful. I would recommend Liberty Ford to everyone thats looking for a new or used car. There the best ive seen in 25 years.

Contacted the dealership Thursday night to verify that they still had a vehicle in stock, was told they did still have it. Told them we would be up o Friday to see the vehicle. Made the 2 1/2 hour drive up only to be told the manager took the vehicle for the weekend and we would be able to see it the following Tuesday. Awesome service! They actually wanted us to sit down and talk numbers anyway. Needless to say the manager can keep his weekend toy and we will be taking our $70,000 elsewhere.

For those of you say “Those were the good ole days,” and yearn for yesterday. Well, I believe that I can grant your wish upon a trip to buy a car at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. The old stereotype of car dealerships and sales men/women, being shysters’ lives on at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. Let me take you back in time and provide some nostalgia although please write a note (BUYER BEWARE) and keep it in your pocket and read if over and over as you shop at Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio. We recently bought a Ford Rapture, used but only about 85,000 miles. A Sales Manager (Lorenzo Martino) came into the picture towards the end of the sale, and said he must read a page of various warranties that have nothing to do with their dealership, but is a requirement of Ford. Well of course each warranty came at an additional cost, and knowing that this vehicle would be a second car with minimal driving, we made the decision to maintain the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance. Mr. Martino then became very upset and spent an additional 20 minutes trying to force us to sign the warranty. Well, within approximately one month the alternator failed. I understand that I passed on a warranty, but I just thought Liberty Ford would stand by their product and provide some assistance. Instead Mr. Martino basically said buyer beware, and you are on your own? Again, this was about ONE MONTH after the sale, and also with very limited driving as this is a second vehicle. Plus several of the warranties did not even cover the alternator. So for those who dream of years past, when car dealerships had the reputation as fast talking and dishonest, head immediately to Liberty Ford in Aurora, Ohio!
