From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Katie, the sales rep i worked with, was fabulous. I took my 97 year old father with me. They were wonderful and caring with him. This allowed me to focus on purchasing a car. Thank you all for making this a very pleasant experience. A big shout-out to Patrick & Iris! Starting with Patrick resolved any and every issue I had, especially given the issues with the virus and shortages nation-wide. Iris is truly the wickipedia of how to walk anyone thru all the tech operations of the car followed with more information via email the same day. Wished I got it sooner but that's the way is all over . Great job getting me fitted with everything i need from any accessories, packages, tickets, and coordinating my follow-up appointments. One negative your office should look at though is your finance office did a credit check before telling me they would. This caused a problem because my wife and I locked our credit accounts from view for security. We recieved a letter saying our credit check failed! Many retirees lock their credit bureau access because of electronic theft (Federal Government Retiree Accounts). It did not effect my purchase but it did scare me when we know our rating is high 800's? Other then that and the 6 month wait Great experience! Thanks!

We just purchased a 2022 RX 350 from this dealership. The sales representative we worked with was incredible!! We had visited several Lexus dealers during the past year, and this one was by far the most welcoming, helpful, and professional. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle and no push for us to purchase additional options. This dealership is outstanding. I would rate them a 10 if there were 10 stars.
