Excellent and timely service. I like the ride share option instead of loaner. Very pleased by staff facilities. I miss the donuts; hopefully that’s only a COVID measure.

What I got at the dealership I was immediately greeted didn’t have to wait very long. Everybody was professional make sure I had everything I needed in the lobby. Everybody was moving around busy and taking care of business. I got my car back in excellent shape after the 10,000 mile tuneup. Eric the one that attended me explained everything to me before I signed the paperwork even when I left he was making sure the car was polished and looking nice; going above and beyond!

I’ve been a Lexus owner since either 2002 or 2003. My experiences has always been 5⭐️ from Sales to Service. I only service my Lexus at Lexus of Sacramento. My service advisor, Christina, is very approachable and always keeps me informed of the status of my vehicle. Last year, my 2013 RX wouldn’t start after I washed it. I panicked and contacted Lexus of Sac. They sent one of their guys to my house to jump my car, assuming it was the battery. It was the battery. They took my car to replace the battery and left a loaner for me to use. I didn’t have to go to Lexus except to pick up my car when it was done. I was in awe with the exceptional service. I don’t think I can own any other brand of car except a Lexus.
We will certainly let Christina know you can always trust her and the Lexus of Sacramento team to get the job done. We're always happy to help with your 2013 Lexus Rx and look forward to seeing you again next time. Take care!
Stay away from Internet Sales department/Carlos
After viewing a car on cars.com, then the Lexus of Sacramento website, I reached out for more information and received a message from Carlos in their internet sales department. I test drove the vehicle and a couple days later Carlos reached out again. I was interested; however, they gave me an insulting offer for my trade (less than half of offers from other dealers and CarMax written offer). After a few days of email exchanges, I got a written offer from Carmax (more than double Lexus' offer), and reached out again to Carlos to say I was interested in buying their car at their asking price and would sell my vehicle separately to do so. He answered the next morning and confirmed the appointment that day for the sale. I signed over my vehicle to CarMax and made my way over to Lexus only to get a call halfway there cancelling the deal because another salesman was in the middle of selling it. WHAT? How was I confirmed to make a same day purchase only to have them sell the vehicle an hour later? Furthermore, Carlos completely ghosted me since this when I wrote him expressing how disappointed I was in this turn of events.

50k service
Got to Lexus Sacramento and found their construction was all finished 😁 but also found out my regular advisor Brandy doesn't work there anymore ☹️ instead I got a lovely lady named Tracy that gave me a tour of the new building and wrote down all my requests in addition to my 50k service. I had requested a loaner and was given a 2019 RX350. Must have been a base model because it didn't have lots of things my 2015 has. I got a phone call 4 hours later my car was all done. I drove back to the dealership, paid for my service and headed home.

Great Service
Went in for my 40k service. Was greeted right away by my service advisor Eric. Went over what would be done and said it would take about 1.5 hours. Done in that time and I was out of there. Great service from all involved.
