Inconvienced by service department breaking my windshield. Needed to make several follow up phone calls. Car not washed/vacuumed after 45,000 service. Loner was given to me.

Wonderful customer service
Larry has been very professional. I think he helped me twice and he’s always friendly and helpful. The staff at the Lexus Atlantic location are all friendly. To be honest this is one of the reason why I got a Lexus because they always have a wonderful customer service. They always try their best to make your experience great.

Very good car buying experience
Experience was great. Frankie was my sales rep and expressed good knowledge of overall inventory and specific vehicle specs and pricing. No hassle and process was smooth. I’d recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Fields is a great Lexus dealer. The service writer, Allen, is always easy to work with. There was a minor issue that had to be checked by the service manager who replaced the part immediately. The waiting room is roomy and comfortable and having a complimentary grill is a real plus. Thanks!
