Outstanding and best Lexus Service Department we’ve dealt with nationwide in 10 years! Our Lexus broke down on interstate and towed there, Henry ensured it was inspected and ‘cause immediately identified. Less than 3 hours later repaired reasonably and runs like new! Very professional department!

Inconvienced by service department breaking my windshield. Needed to make several follow up phone calls. Car not washed/vacuumed after 45,000 service. Loner was given to me.
