Excessive wait time.
Went in for service for my RX350. Made an appointment for Friday at 0840. Upon arrival, was then told that the wait time is three hrs! What?s the point of making an appointment? I?m assuming my wait would?ve been what, six hrs without an appointment? Of course, they don?t have any loaners, nor do they have any shuttle drivers. It?s obviously my problem now that leadership and HR at Cerritos can?t hire anybody. The attendant advised, ?Perhaps I should go to the mall and kill some time?? I was thinking, ?Sure, that sounds good. I have three hours of my life to just throw away.? That?s obviously hyperbole on my part. So I just paid Uber, out of my own pocket to go to and from, because Lexus of Cerritos doesn?t have any staff. I thought it was good, pre-paying for the service at Lexus of Cerritos, but what a waste of money. Considering the prices of these vehicles, you?d think that they would have a better running system. I mean three hrs for service(no oil change, just rotation and fluid check). Sure, if I spent 27k on a car - I understand, I?m gonna wait, but when you pay three times that amount, there?s a greater expectation for decent service, but what do I know? I?m the one who bought at Cerritos.

Daniel did awesome resolving items still under Lexus Certified coverage. There were fit and finish issues on my rear hatch that got addressed to my full satisfaction. Very personal and professional customer facing service.

Only issue i had at check out was my free oil changes were not applied. It was a mix up but cashier fixed it , i have had this issue before so maybe the system doesnt pull it up automatically.

Arranged entire purchase over the phone or text. Brian my sales person without standing. Financing was extremely slow. Save thousands of dollars here. I have a couple of lingering issues that I am working with a dealership to get corrected. I am confident they will make things right.
