Had an 815 am oil change appointment, 3.5 hours later I’m still here? Should have just clocked in , to get paid since I’m here for an extended amount of time. Wake up Cerritos LEXUS you are losing customers out the back door. There is no since of urgency with such a simple routine.

I made an appointment at 9:15 a.m on 4/16/22 to have my tires check at Cerritos Lexus. I was told the guy that would be helping me was named Daniel. I explained to Daniel I had just purchased the tires a couple of months ago and I thought I had a warranty. Daniel took a few minutes looking at the tires and found nails in two of them. He then tells me they are not covered under the warranty and that I “must have drove through a construction site”. He said it would be about $600 to replace the two tires. I told Daniel I would shop around for tires and he said I should check back with them because they price match. I spent the next two hours driving around to get the tire replaced only to have to return to the dealer because I did not have the tire lock. I decide to question Daniel about his suggestion of replacing the tires, since the other tire shop said I could patch the tires. The service area workers knew immediately I was returning from earlier in the morning and told me to see the same adviser. When Daniel notice I returned he immediately left for lunch, so I spoke with the service manager. Sonia, the service manager reviewed my account and told me my tires are under warranty. She immediately took my car in for repair. I appreciate how she handle the situation but I still have an issue. I’m a single woman that brings my car to Lexus because I trusted I would get honest advice on maintaining my car. I no longer feel like Lexus of Cerritos can be trusted. If it wasn’t for my need to return for a tire lock, I would have paid another shop to repair the tires or paid Lexus for new tires that was covered by warranty. I feel like Daniel tried to take advantage of me. He was more than willing to charge me for new tires.

I tried buying a new car from them, using their Internet sales, but they never provided any invoice. They said the prices are subjective. Went to another Lexus dealer and purchased my IS. Currently looking for another Lexus and again they don't want to provide any invoice. I would shop at the dealership with the see through class in their service center.

had my car serviced here since april 2021 and always receive thorough and clear feedback on the status of the car. the last service tech even attached video of actual service , explaining and showing in detail what he addressed.

Poor customer service. They had us waiting for much longer than indicated. When we brought it to their attention, they dismissed our concerns and blamed us for choosing to bring the car on a Monday when they are most busy. The manager also did no validate our concerns. They have very poor communication skills, they acted indifferent and when we got there early before the appointment time, they did not even acknowledge us and instead made us wait in the car and didn’t come out to get us until 40 minutes later.
