The whole process was painless. I found a vehicle on their website, I reached out and then Yesenia got in contact. She answered all my questions and when I asked for an out-the-door price, they actually provided it. I've tried doing the same at other dealerships, but they would tell me to come down to discuss it. But rather than waste my time, Yesenia was able to get me a very fair price. So that's when I decided to reserve the car so I can check it out the next day. But I was able to go that same day, I test drove it, liked it. I pulled the trigger. When it came down to the finance office, the price quoted was slightly different, only because the DMV fees were about $100 higher than quoted. The nice gentleman explained everything to me and showed me what caused the slight increase. I still felt the price was reasonable and in about 45 minutes, I was getting into my new-to-me truck. I was really impressed on how efficient things were and I would totally consider buying another vehicle from this dealership in the future.

The service consultant, Alex Cruz is always very attentive to clients? needs.

I called and ask the salesman to tell which of two used LX570’s was cleaner. He never called me back.

High on empty PR and low on delivery of service. Had to go back twice to get service done. The service rep was totally inept.
