Haresh is exceptional. Caring and thorough and does a great job. Very customer oriented. I love that he’s still at Lexus. I should have come during the week because Saturday is way too busy and the wait was terrible. I only wanted the car vacuumed not washed but they forgot to do it.

I brought my car in because there was a screw in my tire. They remove the screw and informed me that it hadn’t gone through the tire. Wonderful service as usual

I had oil change service they took to long. That was too hour and thirty minutes. I never go back to service center again

I went to your dealership in 2006 to check out the Lexus
I went to your dealership in 2006 to check out the Lexus vehicles. I ended up falling in love with my ES 340. I traded in my BMW and purchased my Lexus. I love my car and I can honestly say you have a great service department. If anything isn't running properly I call Tom and he explains what might be my cars problem. He sets up a appointment for me and if needed a loner. No matter what the problem might be Tom and the Service Department treats me like a first class customer. When ever I can I always promote your dealership as one of the BEST and I always recommend Tom.. I truly feel my car runs and looks great because of your #1 Service Department. By the way let me tell you again. I LOVE MY LEXUS

I had an oil change appointment for 1130 it still took one and a half hours for me to get out of there. I really don’t see why you do an appointment if you take that long.
