Great service dept. these people know their cars and do a great job servicing them. Always very professional, courteous and pleasant. My service adviser Lori is simply great. She takes care of my car and makes me feel safe and happy driving my Lexus.

Had an appointment scheduled for 5, didn’t get taken care of until 530. They praise and advertise how great their facility is upstairs with massagers, showers, gym, and activities…LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS BROKE!!!! Waste of time, will be going elsewhere for maintenance and probably elsewhere when I’m ready for a new car again!

Lori is truly taking care of customers. The noise issue with the vehicle is pretty hard to deal with. Lori has above and beyond to ensure the issue is really fixed. Thank you very much, Lori for taking care of us.

Had my service done. They marked corroded battery terminal but did not tell or fix it and was charging for it although it is under warranty
