Negotiating with Doyle remotely was a pleasure. I was not able to find a Mitsubishi dealer in my local area that would work with me, but finding Leskovar Mitsubishi and Doyle was a breath of fresh air. Working with Doyle through email made the purchase process easy. We drove across the state to pick up our car, and everything was ready with exactly what we agreed upon. Great experience all around! Doyle was awesome, no run around, very inquisitive AND informative, clearly knows the product very well! Entire experience start to finish, and follow up after the sale, AMAZING! And my new Outlander is quiet, comfortable, and gets fantastic fuel mileage! Couldn’t be any happier!

I spoke with Doyle on the phone the day before I went to look at cars. He was amazing! He listened to what I wanted, (even took notes) and found several cars for me to test out. I didn't feel like he was there just to make a sale, I felt like he really cared and was extremely helpful. He picked out cars with my main requirements for me to see, which made the whole car buying process a lot better. The finance associate was awesome too. He got my payment a little lower than the top out I was willing to pay! So, I got exactly what I wanted, at a good price and great experience all around. Very happy!!

I purchased a vehicle there and there was a vibration in the front end. When I signed for it, they promised to fix it. First of all, the pricing is no hassle and couldn’t find a better deal in town or out. Came back to have the vibration fixed and they realigned the front end and had the tires rebalanced at Les Schwab. Said if that didn’t fix it come back. It didn’t, so made an appointment and had the front end inspected and they couldn’t find anything wrong but recommended I take it to a Jeep dealership for their mechanics to check it. Come to find out it was a blown front strut. They apologized they didn’t find it and had no problem replacing the front strut. I explained I was out 135 bucks for the diagnosis at the Jeep dealership. They made good in their promise and paid for and replaced the other strut as well. The other strut was 170 bucks. I told them I’d pay the difference in the strut and shop time to replace the other one that was good. They didn’t charge me a dime. They replaced both struts, did an alignment and I was blown away that a dealership would eat the cost of this. Buying in the past you practically have to get a lawyer to get valve stem caps. Bill Roberson and Leskovar will get my business time and time again. Amazing how they go above and beyond to make sure you walk away a happy customer.

great value, great vehicle

We were not really looking to make a purchase the day we went to Leskovar for a test drive, but we had a couple hours to kill, so we went to test drive some vehicles and saw something that looked to be a great price. Dave Wood met us right away, greeted us with a smile and asked what he could do for us. He could sense we did not have a bunch of time. He listened closely and got us in the car we inquired about right away. After the drive, we were disappointed, and explained exactly what we did not like about the Outlander sport that we had just driven. After listening, he said, "I think we have something that sounds exactly like what you might like" It actually had just come in and was almost ready for the lot. We actually loved it so much, that we bought it. Dave did not pressure us. He LISTENED to us and met our needs. It was a fast enjoyable experience. THANKS DAVE!!

My wife and I live in Hawaii and we were looking for a Ford F250 Crewcab with gas, 4x4, and towing capabilities to use for a 5th Wheel. After a pretty long search we found what we needed for a competitive price online at Leskovar Mitsubishi in Kennewick. they actually had 3 used trucks with low mileage from a rental fleet (I am aware rental companies usually take care of there fleet vehicles). I gave them a call and Rick Smith answered. He was great, told me all I needed to know over the phone, so after about a week of planning and conversations with Rick I hopped on a plane. Rick picked me up at my hotel in the truck I thought we wanted (a metallic gray truck), but when we got to the lot they had a really great looking truck that was what I think they call Ruby Red Metallic, with less then 20K miles. Called my wife and we decided that was the one. My wife loves this truck and so do I. We now own a 29.4' Northwood Arctic Fox 27 5l. The truck tows the unit with no problems. So good choice after some pretty lengthy research, thanks to all at Leskovar and especially Rick Smith. Mark O.
