First the good. Had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Le Mieux. It was a nice conversation. Now the rest. Located the vehicle online and talked to our salesperson. We had several conversations on the phone. These were not general questions, they were very specific requests. Our salesperson said he had 11 years experience. He checked on our requests and sent back three pictures. We provided our expectations clearly. The expectations were not unrealistic. Our salesperson told us there were a few rock chips on the hood and the rear bumper had a couple of places on it. One set of scratches and one area that was ground up a little bit. He also sent a picture of the tear in the rear seat. Armed with that information, we began talking about the price. I was concerned that we were driving 7 hours each way and I had to take a day and a half off of work. I asked about some consideration and was given $500 off the price. I was very pleased with the generosity. We got everything set up on our end and headed out Monday morning. We arrived and met our salesperson. He brought the car into the delivery bay. Immediately I noticed a dent in the front passenger's door. The dent was towards the end and didn't appear that it could be fixed. Not disclosed. The car had the expected rock chips and some surface rust. All to be expected from a high mileage car in WI. All acceptable. But the scratches across the hood were into the paint and not disclosed. The weatherstripping and trim were broken on the back driver's side door and not disclosed. The rear bumper was missing most of the clear coat or it was scrapped over 90% of it. It was trashed. The front bumper had paint just gone. This wasn't disclosed. Every body panel had scratches that would require more than just a buffing to repair. Then we looked under the hood. The good wouldn't latch after that. After pointing everything out to our salesperson, he acknowledged he didn't see everything. They took the car back inside and we agreed to meet at 8:30 am the next morning. We arrived on time and our salesperson was standing outside by the car. The sales manager was standing inside watching us talk. It was like a scene in a book where the person in control watches over to be ominous but won't engage. It made me laugh inside. He said the sales manager agreed to take $500 more off. We politely refused. We countered. We got the story that everyone is paying more for cars right now and they had to pay to much on trade-in. We ran the numbers on the vehicle. No one would have rated this vehicle over fair. Probably was rated as rough. So at this high point in the market, trade-in value was low. They did add tires and air filters. The tires can be bought retail for 120.00 each. They did agree to send me a new latch to install. We left and talked a bit. We called back and gave a second offer. I was told that pictures are on the website. Well, from 20 feet away, I might pass as Kevin Bacon. But when you get close, I am going to be a letdown. This was the pictures and that car. Absolutely no consideration or even a willingness to present directly to the sales manager. We drove home. Don't waste your time at this dealership. I base my decisions that others will be open and honest with me. We would have had to work on price if all of the issues were openly disclosed.

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Mechanic’s manager told us it was normal for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to smell like antifreeze. Smelt it before driving it and even worse after. Sales man though Bill (William) very very friendly. We were very interested in the vehicle but with it being over 100,000 miles and not coming with any warranty we couldn’t take the risk of it having a head gasket leak and we didn’t trust them after they told us to our face it was normal for it to smell like antifreeze after we just replaced the head gaskets, transmission, and engine on our past vehicle. Had 27,000$ check in hand and left without it and took our money else where.

Masks not worn

I was there to pick up my dad's vehicle from the service department. I had to park near the sales center doors and two salespeople refused to wear masks near my 82 year old father because they were outside and didn't have to. Inside the building I counted at least 6 people were not wearing masks so it is obvious that they don't care about the health of their customers.

Shopping for new RAV4 hybrid but selection was very low at time of visit, only one vehicle available. We were looking for the base trim but they only had the most equipped limited in stock.

I drove an hour to see a vehicle listed online on their site as well as cars.com as i was assured by a sales person to come on in. When i got there it was no where to be found. I found the person i spoke with and was told it was unfortunate but they had just sold it. There is no way between when i called after leaving and arriving there it was sold it was 45mins maybe and if they did then bravo and they would have known it was on a test drive or something. I was then pressured into what i was looking to pay monthly and maybe i could consider something else. i only wanted THAT CAR im not some moron that shops by looks and colors. Ridiculous i felt lied to and violated. Never will return.

I see the reviews and it does not look good. thinkin about buying a new truck. I got a hold of a sales person last week to check for a trade in price and some information on the truck. have not heard boo about a call back. so I called back two times more and nothing. so I called again and talked to someone else. bad start. mr. le mieux needs to kick them in the xxx. bad bad business .

Took in my 2011 vehicle for service and the service group just stood around. No one approached me to say hi how can we help you or anything. Then when I ask about servicing the vehicle the service guy shows zero appreciation whatsoever. I took my business to Kolosso in Appleton and refuse to deal with these folks. Their customer service is lackluster at best and garbage at worst. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Do not waste your time money or resources here.
