When you think of car dealers often times you think of dishonest, kiss butt, and just overall pushy people... our experience with Lawrence Chevrolet's, John, was outstanding in every way. John is a breath of fresh air and we immediately felt a comradeship with him. He stopped and listened to what we needed for our family and was quick to answer any and all questions. He found us the most perfect fit for our family and budget. John is genuine and we were blessed to have him part of our team. We appreciate him and call him a friend. From the time we walked in the door at Lawrence Chevrolet we felt comfortable. From the receptionist to the salesperson Kim Nash to the sales manager to delivery we were pleased. We had an offer for the same vehicle lower from another dealer but because of the attitude, the professionalism and the knowledge, we felt in the long term we were better to purchase at Lawrence.

Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. I did not feel rushed or talked down too. This was the second time I bought a car at Lawrence and the service only got better.

It was 4am..Myself, my sister and our 4 kids in the back seat asleep on Rt. 81..we were coming from Georgia, heading home to Massachusetts. BAM!! A coyote..he came out of no where from the median...no time to stop..needless to say, my car ate him. 30 minutes later at a gas stop my car began to make noises and was leaking fluid. Our amazing tow guy (David) from Cannaday towing brought my car to Lawrence and took us to a hotel. That morning when you opened I called right away because we desperately wanted to get home..even though I dreaded hearing what the damage was going to be. Dan was so kind and helpful, and understood with 4 kids we just wanted to be on our way. Unfortunately with all the damage my car wouldn't be ready till the next day...He was so thorough, even talking to my husband all the way back home in MA. Once the car was done he sent a car to come and pick us all up at the hotel and bring us to the dealership. We were so grateful when we were finally on the road, we forgot a bag!! Dan call us when he realized, but we were already 2 hours away...He mailed the bag we forgot to my house!!
