Buyer Beware! Do not recommend!
Beware! Purchased a used Explorer from them in June 2019 and was shown a Carfax supposably for the car I was purchasing that reflected a minor accident and good service history. The minor accident didn't concern me so I bought the car. Fast forward to today when I am trading the car in on a new one (with a different dealer) and I am shown the ACTUAL Carfax that shows that the accident was actually severe with major damage to the vehicle. Interesting how it changed. Warning to others - don't trust what Lasco shows you at face value. Do your own research before purchasing from them. The less than fully honest approach they took with my car deal is costing me thousands now. If they did it to me, they may do the same to you. Be careful!
Tried to bring my 2021 explorer in for prepaid service
Tried to bring my 2021 explorer in for prepaid service maintenance. Asked about a service bulletin on the transmission which I knew was out, and was told, 'they don't do that' and that 'Ford doesn't pay them for that'. Then I was told I would have to pay $150 for diagnostics on my 6 month old car that is under warranty. When questioned the person acted like I was stupid. I know they get these service updates everyday. I left. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. Tried to call to speak with a manager and was left on hold for 12 minutes.

Id avoid this dealer at all costs. Their sales reps dunno how to get back with customers. They treat people like xxxx. I’m a potential new customer and can’t get anyone to work with me. The one sales rep that did give me lease numbers after basically begging gave me an outrageous amount of $600 a month after telling her I’ll put money down. “That’s the best I can do” she said. Un real. I’ll be writing ford about this. Never know who your dealing with Jay Lasco. Be ready to talk to some regional managers. You guys are ridiculous.

Stay away at all costs! This dealership is incompetent when it comes to service. My truck has been there 8 times and they can’t fix it right. It’s returned in worse shape than when it arrives. STAY AWAY FROM LOGAN in service and do yourself a favor and stay Away from LASCO FORD!!!

I recently took my 2019 Ford Flex to Lasco's service department for a couple of warranty issues. The gentleman who worked with me named Bruce . It was my first visit so he helped me get my car registered into their system. He was friendly polite and professional. He called me a status report when the work was completed a day ahead of time. Exceptional first experience with their service department.

I was pricing my car out for trade in. Had some good values, but came here because I found vehicle I wanted and color I wanted. When I showed trade in value from three other dealerships , the salesman laughed and told me go back there then. Thanks for wasting my gas. Happy to say I went to suburban Ford and got more than what I wanted with a cheaper payment better customer service and made sure I didn't waste any time at the dealership.
Scott Cooley was personable and did a great job getting me in a Ford Edge Titanium within my budget. I have recommended several people to Lasco Ford. I will shop there again!

Do not trust their inspections of vehicles. If you must buy from this dealer then bring along someone who knows their stuff about cars and can look with you. I was assured my breaks passed the certified pre-owned inspection yet the rear breaks were very poor with the right one having only 2mm thickness left. They were unwilling to work with me on this issue and decided to never reach back out to me. I also discovered that 2 subwoofers were blown out, just expected more for a $25000 vehicle from a Ford dealer.
