Chelsee the Finance Manager was the best, she walked me through the paperwork of my new 2021 VW Jetta R-line, welcomed me to the Lakewood Volkswagen, and went way beyond expectations, her attitude was super positive and welcoming I highly recommend and am excited for the next individual who gets to do business with her I had the best experience both finalizing my car and just having a conversation not many people go above and beyond there expectations like she did, I hope this makes its way to her boss as I would love more than anything for her to be recognized for her hard work! Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life.
Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life. A bait and switch from day 1. A seemingly helpful salesperson was quick to reach out but the follow up was abysmal. I waited for 2 days for non existent inspection/service records and they sold it out from under me instead of being honest. Shady practices, terrible customer service. The worst part is the salesman didn’t even have the decency to call me himself. Avoid Tyler, Jason, and Shy at all costs.

I purchased a VW out of state and moved to Lakewood about 7 years ago. I started going to LHM-VW since that time and bought a new VW from the dealership about 4 years ago. All this is to say, I've been in and out of the dealership and service center many many time with different vehicles and have always enjoyed the professionalism and curtesy that I've received from Sal. He regularly is there when I pick up or drop off my vehicle and is willing to help with questions over the phone when I am unsure if my vehicle needs to come in or not. I don't regularly leave reviews on anything but Sal's service deserves to be recognized and I hope this review makes it to his management team. Thanks Sal for your excellent service!

WOW! What a FIRST-RATE experience we had purchasing our 2022 Taos thanks to Tyler Deven. Tyler is a GO-GETTER: high-energy, super responsive, easy to chat with, friendly, and honest. We live six hours away so this entire transaction was done over the phone + video. Within twenty minutes of calling in, Tyler got us a fair price for our trade-in, found the car we had asked about, and helped us to negotiate a great price for it. He then spent the entire following day driving our car to us and helping us finalize paperwork once we met up with him. Dishonest Pricing Games
Decent customer service spoiled by dishonest pricing games. Asked for pricing on a car listed at $22k and they jacked up the price by $4k. Not only that, they added $1.5k in service charges to get the car in condition to sell. Avoid
