I very highly recommend LHM Toyota - my daughter recommended them to me after she had a great experience purchasing a 4Runner, and I had an equally great experience purchasing a Tacoma. Very straightforward experience with no hassles whatever. Tony Martinez from sales and Elaine from service were particularly helpful.

LMH Toyota’s commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction never fails to meet or exceed my expectations. I have been with this dealership since relocating to Phoenix 5 years ago, and have had nothing but positive experiences through 2 purchases and all service appointments. Recently, my son’s older RAV4 unexpectedly met its end, and he needed an immediate replacement. We had the pleasure of working with Ron Rattray, VEP Director, and though there were limited options in a market in which used and new cars are highly scarce, Ron patiently navigated us through various scenarios, until we found the one that would best meet our immediate need. Ron’s professional knowledge of various models, financing options, and the market were invaluable to a positive outcome in a complicated situation, and I am delighted with the addition of another RAV4. We also enjoyed working with Mariano Morante, Finance Manager, through the documentation process, and were very grateful for his expertise and thorough clarifications to our many questions. Our sincere gratitude, too, to Mike Moore, our long-term Service Advisor extraordinaire, for his on-going dedication to stellar customer service. No matter what the situation, we can always trust Mike to provide the best advice and service for our vehicles, or provide the best referrals for our needs.

About 1015 AM I went in to see about scheduling an oil change for the following week. Tim said I can schedule now. I asked how long it would take. Tim said it would take about an hour. Done on time with clean windows. Over and above service all the time with no BS.

Fantastic service as usual. I have been with my service advisor for 12 years now. And it is always easy and fast. I am always confident that any repairs done will be done correctly. Chris Conger is simply the best advisor I have had on any vehicle I have ever owned.

My car had a routine service for my Prius and my concern

My car had a routine service for my Prius and my concern comes in that I was surprised they didn’t tell me my back wiper was torn. I saw it earlier in the day but forgot to say something. I remembered after I got home and now I’ll do it myself. I like /love Toyota but my last couple trips down I find little things they neglected to do yet they say I need an alignment- something they need to test for and I know that wasn’t done? My steering wheel looks fine? Also I don’t think my car went through the wash? I also wish you could talk someone about what they are suggesting needs done-I got a text saying recommendations and price, click your answer and that’s it-why can’t they call you so you can talk about it? Questions below to answer- how do I know they sanitized my vehicle-why do they ask when I have no way of knowing?there needs to be a “n/a for a couple of their questions.
