Our service agent Dean made it possible to get our RAV4 in to check out the battery which seemed to be failing. Appreciate him doing this for us as we didn’t want to get stuck somewhere with a dead battery!

The FTC is determined to make you guys a 5 star dealer even if you dont want to be. Forcing your customers to pay $200 for nitrogen for tires is predatory in nature. $200 for wheel locks and these aren't options we had the choice to remove. Our original quote never had a window etching system included, they decided to add this afterwards which again, was not an option a customer could remove. Then we see it on the car and it is a sticker. That's right a sticker that can be peeled up. 2 stars because the people we worked with were nice, but predatory and not transparent the way pricing structure breaks down.
