Larry H. Miller Dodge RAM Peoria

We we're looking for a truck that can go off-road, and tow. The sales person did a good job at finding us the right truck. It definitely felt like an upgrade from what we were currently driving. However, I asked specific questions about the warranty, and the interest rates. The sales person told us that the warranty will cover ALL parts for seven years, and that interest rates weren't going up for autos. I immediately thought that was fishy, but I went with it since she was the expert. Once we were ready to pull the trigger, we spoke to the finance guy and sure enough, the warrant DIDN'T cover all parts. We had to pay an additional $10k if we wanted to cover any of the electrical -- that's half the truck! Also, the rate we got was good, but the finance did confirm that rates ARE going UP throughout the board, and the sales person shouldn't be talking about rates. At the end of the day, we got the truck we wanted, but a little over what we wanted to pay. We were upset with the selling experience. The sales people should be better trained for technical questions.

Josh Salazar was a blast of a Sales-Person, he helped my wife and I look through different options of cars here and he knew exactly what would fit both my preferences and needs. We had great experience dealing with Larry HMiller Dodge Peoria. Greg at finance was very friendly. Both salesman Jeremy Milburn and Elijah are great and very knowledgeable. Had an awesome experience with these guys. We will buy from them again.
