After chatting with Mr. Raul Ronquillo last Saturday about a specific Jeep Rubicon, I went to the dealership yesterday and met with Mr. Ronquillo, and he had the Jeep set aside and ready to take on a test drive. He has an extreme amount of product knowledge, as well as in the auto sales industry. Throughout the buying process, everything went smoothly, there was no pressure and in my opinion I was also offered a fair amount for my trade-in vehicle. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I then met with Jaff Jafferi in the Finance Dept., and he too was knowledgeable and thorough, and again, there was absolutely no pressure. Over the years I have bought vehicles at several dealerships in Tucson and this was my first experience at Larry Miller Chrysler/Jeep in Tucson. This was without a doubt the BEST experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle from a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and the two gentlemen I dealt with. The prices are very fair and the sales experience was the best I've ever had. If I'm in the market for a vehicle in the future, Larry Miller's dealership will be my first stop. Mr Mendez needs to know what the correct answer is before answering your questions and assuring you that what you are asking is what you are getting. We are from Illinois, purchased at Waggoner and asked for an Illinois title. Mr Mendez said due to our address that was what we would get. We paid $499. document fees and they issued an electronic Az title. It took nearly 90 days to get our vehicle tagged back IL and had to pay an additional $180.00 over the $499 to get the correct title and registration.

Mike Maxwell went so far beyond our expectations. Due to a major issue our Rubicon was towed in without an appointment on a Monday morning. My husband came out of retirement to help with the nursing shortage and we only have one vehicle. His job requires driving to patient’s homes. I was initially told it would be about 4 to 5 days before anyone could diagnose the problem. After explaining our extenuating circumstances Mike called us that afternoon with the details. A part had to be ordered and could take up to 2 weeks. Mike worked to have the part expedited, and in house on Wednesday, reached out to the extended warranty company and arranged for a rental car so my husband could work. On top of all that he found the time and kindness to thank my husband for being a nurse. He kept us up to date with the repair and on Thursday I let Mike know my husband’s schedule and he made sure the Jeep was ready at our convenience. I am 64 years old and this was by far the best service experience we’ve had with car repairs. If you have awards given the exemplary employees Mike should be at the top on the list. Thank you Mike and supportive team that got us our Jeep back.

Been waiting for a Jeep we put a deposit on. Dealership cannot tell you where or when it will be in. Management is NO help. All I here is "it's the factory's fault". Well get in touch with the "Factory" and FIX IT! That's managements job! Help your sales staff and keep the customer happy. And I am not happy, believe me. I've bought a lot of new vehicles and this dealership is the worst I've dealt with. They need a GM that cares and gets in the middle of problems and RESOLVES them.
Hello Mr Shoun, our apologies for your frustration we are frustrated as well. If we over promised and under delivered when we took the deposit to order your new Gladiator, we are sorry. The reason I say that is you ordered this unit in early June 2022 under normal market conditions, which these are not, it would take 8 to 10 weeks for an ordered unit to arrive which would be middle to end of August 2022. I speak to the factory everyday to voice our concerns on behalf of our customers. Unfortunately, this doesn’t speed up any of their processes. I did NOT order the unit. It was built and already shipped per your dealership when I put a deposit on it. I was told at that time, 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. Then I was called on 6/29/22 and told the vehicle was picked up in Arizona by a trucking company and scheduled for delivery that day, then the next day, then the next day. Now no one knows when it will be in or even where it's at. You people are so screwed up you don't know what's coming or going. Good way to run off customers! What a sorry a** mess that you can't FIX a problem. Just make excuses and put the blame on someone else and xxxx off your customers.

Great sales people, Tommy and Nikkie
I have dealt with Larry H. Miller Chrysler jeep Tucson, several times in the past. First time experience was very good. I bought a use car at that time. That My second experience, I bought a new car. The experience was good. But dealing with the service deptment was awful. They try to sell you things you do not need and are very pushy. But a couple of weeks ago, I did go back for the third time, to sell my jeep back to them. It was one of the nicest experience I had. They offer me a reasonable amount for my jeep. I told them that I was going to look for a use car from a private party. They did make some suggestions, about some of the use vehicles they had. They were not pushy, they were very nice, and explain everything to me. At that time, I explain why I was not happy with their service department. They explain things to me, about what happen, and basically said they understood how I felt, and do not blame me for the way I felt. I did decided to buy a use jeep there. The only reasons I did give them a second chance was because of the two sales person that help me. If it wasn't for Tommy Crawford and Nikkie Godstone, I would have not bought my jeep and would have walk way with only selling my jeep to them. Both Tommy and Nikkie were not pushy, or made me feel bad. They made great suggestions, and explain everything to me very clearly. When they did not know something, they did not give me a run around, they went right away to get a straight answer. If you can deal with Tommy or Nikkie or sales persons like them, Then I Highly recommend Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson.
