My experience lafontain Chrysler was great. Barney Porzondek ( my sales guy sense 1995) as always was fantastic. I got the car I wanted and the price I was looking for with no stress, no problems. I would highly recommend barney for you car needs. Very satisfied.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased a vehicle from LaFontaine in Saline, and again, then have done a fantastic job. This time I had the pleasure of working with Columbus Smith. Columbus did an excellent job and got me the vehicle I wanted, how I wanted it.

Poor treatment

Unfortunately I don't have positive news to post about but I will share this issue that I'm having. But before I start I do want to be respectful to those who do care and try to make this a better business. After dropping off my car for a routine oil change plus having some one from the service center drive my car to check a noise coming from the back tires. I was unfortunately supprised by the fact that my car was completely dirty and covered in dirt. What is making me angry is the fact that I specifically said that the "noise coming from the back" can only be heard on a smooth road and not on a rough road. So why was my car taken on a dirt road as well as if I dropped off my car clean why was it given back to me dirty and highly unprofessional manner? I feel sorry for the poor souls that have to take the wiping from angry customers but small things like this add up and with time this will catch up with them. Best of luck

This was the worst experience of my life. Got my oil changed on 6/2/17. On Saturday 6/3/17 the oil drain plug popped off. Wife stopped in time, so I got it towed to my house where I put a new drain plug in it and refilled it with oil. I don't know if this was personal but it was truly unprofessional. I experienced yet a another nefarious incident where they broke my tps monitor. This dealership is truly unprofessional.

It was a wonderful shopping experience. This LaFontaine dealership was clean, friendly, very professional, and did not push or make me feel uncomfortable. I got a very competitive deal that I just could not refuse and am very happy with the 2017 Jeep Cherokee I bought for my wife.

I had a wonderful experience at the Saline LaFontaine Chrysler Dealership. I recently leased a dodge Ram and the salesman Rick made me feel I was the most important customer. No pressure to buy he took time to let me test drive many vehicles and he was extremely honest with me. He had the car delivered to me the next day which was faster than I could imagine. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesman made all the difference for an easy, no-pressure and enjoyable experience. Thanks again !

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited last July. I always wait atleast 3 to 6 months after making a purchase before doing a review. My Jeep has been excellent to this point, no major problems and rides great. The dealership was nice and clean with a very friendly staff. Lafontaine Saline is a 45 minute ride from where I live, and I didn't have anyone to ride with me to get the truck. My salesman was Mr. Columbus Smith; he personally picked me up and took me in to the dealership to look at the Jeep. Columbus also said he would arrainge transportation home if I chose not to purchase (confidence or just great service??? either way it was greatly appreciated.) I look forward to making another purchase in the next 3 to 6 months; and Lafontaine Saline will definitely be my first stop.
