One of the things I dread most is going to car dealerships. With the haggling prices, last minute changes in the cashiers office and taking forever! I was so happy working with John P. at LaFontaine, he was quick, no pressure and had the perfect car for us waiting for a test drive. We love our new Pacifica and he gave us a good price from the get go. I highly recommend John. Even the cashiers office was quick, straight forward and no high pressure sales on extras.

And I changed which color I wanted on him overnight! But it was all no problem for Matt, who handled everything smoothly, professionally, and with no hassle whatsoever. As he explained to me, LaFontaine works to give you the best deal they can, because they want your referrals and repeat business. They will be getting both from me. I left feeling completely satisfied with the whole experience and of course, my new car. A high class operation all the way!

I unfortunately don't live near Lafontaine but she made the process so easy via phone and email. Not only did she deliver on the car but the price was just too good to be true. I've had my fair share of leased cars in my family/household and I have never had such an amazing experience dealing with a car sales person before. I usually dread it to be honest. I went to a couple of dealers and nobody could come near to the price that LaFontaine quoted me, and nobody could even find the type of car I was looking for except for Beverly. She made my dream car happen and didn't have me reaching too far into my pockets which was the best part. She was just so caring through the whole process and actually wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make another sale. I can't wait for my next car already and to go back to Lafontaine, it really was such an enjoyable experience.

This was my first visit to LaFontaine. I had first contacted another local dealership and after three days of suspense, they finally produced a response regarding lease terms of two models- and that was grossly inadequate. Any information had to pulled out of them. Needless to say, I was looking for better service and a friend recommended Barney Porzondek.
