Typical Car Dealer with Issues After the Fact
I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel. Like most dealers, they have hidden fees that they don't disclose until you are signing the final paperwork. Even with the fees, the prices were not terrible. After completing all the paperwork, I was given my key and sent on my way. I say key because I was given only one key and key fob. When asked if they could assist in getting a second key, I was told that I could get one online and the cost was usually only $400-$500. That would have been nice to know prior to spending over $30,000 on a vehicle so I could negotiate on the pricing. Lesson learned. Three days after I purchased the truck and less than 100 miles later, I got in the truck to go to work and it wouldn't start. Took it to an auto parts store and checked the battery to find it was dead. Another $250 out of pocket. I called the Sales Manager to discuss my frustration and ask if there was anything they could do to help with the key fob, which I needed programmed, or the $250 battery I had to purchase after the fact and he had no interest in helping. For all future vehicle purchases, I will stick with CarMax. You might pay a little more up front, but at least you know what you are paying for and you get support after the fact. I will never go back to Labelle Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
just now They do not honor the sale price they list online. Would not recommend you wasting your time playing pricing games. The manger told me i do not want to sell you the car.
No service whatsoever!
Husband pulled in 2 months ago after getting jumped in a parking lot with our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. Labelle, FL Jeep is filthy, multiple trailers attached as building. Asked if he had an appointment. Told them no it won't start without a jump. So no appointment. Got jumped and drove right here. Told booked up and can make an appointment for next week. Duh! Also, my husband was wearing a mask as he has stage IV lymphoma. Techs were coming in for coffee, etc. and began making fun of him for wearing it and saying things like "must be a Biden supporter!" No covid protocols in place whatsoever. He got jumped again and drove all the way to Fort Meyers Jeep where he was taken immediately. Defective battery. Replaced, no charge and he was on his way. Will never, ever step foot in here again. Pathetic! Can't believe Jeep allows this place to run!
You know how bad of a dealer or business it is when they don’t respond to emails, calls and bad reviews. The first thing a good business would do is call you to fix your issue so you would delete the bad review. They just told me a truck with no oil, engine light came on, I had to pay $300 service and there is “nothing the General manager Bobby Collins can do for me”. He is a thief and I will be making sure Dodge takes a look into this business and their horrific customer service practices.
Dishonest to the core
After spending over 7 hrs in person in the dealership( shame on us) we decided to get our own financing with no trade. We were aware of the fees. So a truck that was advertised for$10,500 before fees was finally agreed at a price of $14,400 after they add all of their BS fees etc.before tax. We have the purchase agreement from them stating these numbers. So we sent the purchase agreement to our bank and got check payable for the exact amount on the agreement provided. Keep in mind they were aware and approved us getting our own financing. We made an appointment with them to buy the truck today. While we are waiting for the finance person the sales person says they want $2,000 more for the truck! Never in my 63 years have I been treated so poorly. My wife and I still can’t believe this actually took place. Any paperwork you get from them make sure you get a signature, regardless what it is. They are the most dishonest people I have ever worked with. I have texts and paperwork to prove what they agreed to, but they did not care. What a shame places like this, are able to do this to people. Please us extreme caution when dealing with them.
Unhappy. Waste of time
Drove from Naples to look at a car.. Thank goodness I know something about cars. I found the VIN plate inside the driver side door was changed indicating a rebuilt/ salvaged title. No where online did it say anything about that. Had an appointment.. salesman never showed up. Shady won't go back. Dont waste your time.
Great service. Chelsea was informative no pressure, great to work with. I will recommend to friends and fam. Overall one of my better experiences on buying a vehicle
Drove an hour to find out the price is way over what's advertised online. Vehicle condition not as advertised. Don't bother wasting your time. Shady.
False Advertising - Actual Price is $34,000
This car is selling at the MSRP of $34,000!!!!! Drove 3 hrs to purchase this car only to be offered the MSRP! The manager is talking about unrealistic discounts that no one person ever really qualifies for. Plus the car also has like 500 miles on it!!! Plus the rims of the car wheel seems to be rusting. WTH?!!! Hey if I wanted to pay the MSRP I would not go there to deal with your low-life country surroundings!!! Buyers beware!!! The price you see advertised is NOT the price you can purchase any of their vehicles for. I thought false advertising was illegal!
These people sold us a truck from Canada that had been imported improperly by them. Lost all my warranty, my extended warranty and the$ ram was giving back to ecodiesel owners. They also botched 2 repairs. SCAM ARTISTS
