Sales person I dealt with was helpful and friendly during my purchase of my certified pre-owned XT4. Unfortunately, less than a month after purchase I am already having to service my vehicle because of a service transmission light on the dashboard. Makes me question how thorough of an inspection was really performed on this vehicle. I am super disappointed. I thought purchasing a CPO would absolve me from having these types of issues so soon after purchase.

Owner refused to fix failure of GM to continue adaptive cruise control ON 2021 XT6. IT WAS ON XT5 2020. ACCIDENTS WILL HAPPEN! NO DISCLOSURE!

One thing I want to say for sure, they have nice customer service. They follow-up and always will call you back. I feel like they are honest, as for now I would trust this place. I have something to compare with, nobody is perfect, of cause, but this people will listen to your needs to help

Deceptive advertising and quotes

Discovered a 2019 Silverado for sale, advertised at a really nice deal through a third party site "cars.com" I contacted the dealer to see if the actual price is the same knowing some dealers will blame third party advertisements for incorrect prices. I received a quote from tgis dealer listing the exact vehicle with upgrades as being the advertised price. When emailed later by the online/internet sales associate he gave me a quote that was 10,000 dollars higher. At first I questioned him thinking it was an error or I missed read the fine print. I received a generic response but then flat out asked, is this price 39k or 49k. He stated it was 49k because of the upgrades. I sent him the official quote sent to me by the dealership and received no response.

Went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Met with the owner’s son Josh to test drive a vehicle. Test drove and went back to purchase today. My husband asked for him and he did not even have the courtesy to assist with the sale. Received horrible service from the sales staff. After reviewing him on another site he claims I was profiling him due to the fact that I was asking about the new dealership and his qualifications. Being in sales I have had many people asked that of me. People who know me know that is the farthest from the truth. They pulled our credit when asked not to and made us sit there tying to give us deal that we never inquired about. I wish him the best

I wish they would've kept the ownership the same. We Met Josh Isbell, the owner's son and he told us that he would help us out and take care of us we went on a test ride of the vehicle and he was very egotistical. Since he was young we Looked over that trait. We went back today to finish up the deal, he was working at the dealership, we were there for over three hours, and he never came over once to help. The service we received was awful. This would've been the second time I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Sad to say I will never go back there. They should've stayed in Simi Valley. There is no place in the desert for service such as this.
