I have been shopping for a new truck for a while and after finding the one I wanted states away I contacted Luke Hilgerr at the antioch kunes dealer and explained to him my situation, from that moment on he handled everything from shipping it to purchasing, and he was always willing and ready to answer any questions I had to make sure everything went smooth. Bait and too dumb to Switch! Neal, Jessie and Teddy Grahm, yes that's what he said his name was, lured me in, and kept me for an hour, to test drive a Raptor that they still are advertising, but don't actually have! Teddy Bear even walked me to the back of the lot in the rain to look at a used baller truck with a winch. Said, "just doing what I was told". Old school tactics - they didn't even have something else to try to sell me - what a scam. Old school, gives dealers a bad name. I was buying today!

If you like your time wasted, visit Kunes Country Ford. I found a car I wanted, made the appointment to come and buy it, took off of work to drive the hour to the dealership, only to find out that they sold the car. "But wait, we have this other car that you aren't interested in for the same price". F that. I received multiple texts at night, and again in the morning, confirming I was making the drive to Illinois to purchase the car. I answered yes to all. So, they KNEW the car was sold, yet continued to have me come all that way for nothing. Do they care that I just used one of my vacation days to come and buy a car that isn't there? Spoiler alert: they don't give a crap about wasting anybody's time. I should have known when they marched me in and introduced me to the sales manager, or asst, or whatever, by the look on his face, that I was screwed. He knew the car wasn't there. A little advice to the head dude: don't go to Vegas, cause your poker face sucks. Anyway, I hope this has been helpful to somebody on the fence about buying a car. Take your business elsewhere, but if not, know that you are being lied to from the start, and proceed with caution.

Pleasant buying experience
My family had a very good experience when shopping for, test driving, and purchasing a used vehicle. We found the vehicle online and when we went to see it, Garrett, the salesperson, was very personable and friendly. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to drive the vehicle and have our mechanic take a look. He helped us navigate the negotiation process and even engaged our daughter so she felt involved.
