Do not trust this dealership, they are shysters! Verbally worked out a deal with Jon Castleman, then the price increased over $2K. Lied to by Jon & GM! GM was very sarcastic and disrespectful and did not care about our dissatisfaction. Would never recommend Jon or this dealership!

Poor experience taking my son to buy his first vehicle. The day after high school graduation, my son started working a trade and saving money. After two years, its time to get his first truck, and I tell him you have to try a Ford. We go to Kunes, he finds a truck he loves, and he is told it has 10,000 miles left on the powertrain warranty. So he passes on an extended warranty. I was there when the salesman, a 20 year old himself, repeated he had 10,000 miles left. My son signs the papers, and drives off in his first "new to him" vehicle, a proud and happy customer. Then the engine misfires. He brings it in, they say it is a regular maintenance thing, not warranty. Plugs, wires, $500, no biggie. Then my son finds an oil leak, and Kunes service says they can't be sure its a leak, use dye. After a couple of weeks he goes back in, its a leak in a terrible place. Service department tells him the vehicle actually does not have any powertrain warranty left, $5000 repair. My son is shaken by this, so we discuss, and I agree to go into the dealership with him. We are greeted professionally, and the person promises to look into it and "get back" to us. He does not want us discussing this in front of other prospective customers, even though we have been polite, respectful, and trying to work together. After a few days, we haven't received a call, so we follow up. We are told they have no record of selling him the vehicle, we tell them we have paperwork. They promise to get back to us. A couple of days later we have to call again, and are told the vehicle has no coverage. Our salesman had been fired and was no longer with the company, and that Kunes was unwilling to take any action to help try and make this right. So my point is just be careful. My son asked the question multiple times, and I asked also. But he did not get anything in writing, he learned a brutal lesson as a 20 year old kid, and paid for it. We were told one thing, repeatedly, and they lied. The lie might have been an honest mistake, the salesman was a young kid. I asked how we could try and work together on this to make it right. Call the former salesman, he was adamant about the warranty coverage. He was so excited to sell a vehicle to another 20 year old he would remember my son. Could we meet in the middle? We are not con men trying to scam them, if the salesman screwed up and gave us bad information, let's try to work together. Discount the labor? Sell an extended warranty? We weren't look for something for nothing, we were trying to be fair. Kunes would do NOTHING. Not saying Kunes is any worse than other dealerships, I am sure other stores might have acted similarly. But don't think that Christian fish on the doors of this shop means anything at all. Buyer beware, just make sure to get it in writing is all. Hope your experience is better than ours.

Nothing but problems. I had asked for a dependable vehicle paid top dollar for the truck expecting good service. Within a week I was having problems with the transmission and had to take the truck back in for service. After that I took the truck to my local mechanic for a tune-up and had extra problems with gaskets leaking costing me even more. Next I start losing coolant with no idea where it's going. My mechanic says the water pump is leaking 8 months later the engine throws a rod bearing putting a hole in the block, and Ford says too bad. Let the bank take it is what the salesman told me. I should have known better because there was somebody in the dealership complaining their motor head blown up the day I was buying that truck. Now I'm sitting on a $20,000 paperweight. Seems like this is a common Occurrence at Kunes Country Ford thank you Ford for being such Liars.

Super disappointed, Wednesday drove 80 miles when I got there I was not able to drive the van (called them before arriving). Friday drove another 80 miles when we got there they had the van in the body shop and changed the price. I also called Friday before arriving to ask if it was available and make sure they had the keys. They did not mentioned anything about the price change, the lower price is listed n their website and they want to give me a higher price ? Almost $3,000.00 more ?

I have always like Antioch Ford in past and they have always been helpful, but today I was pretty much told "take it or leave it"! My sales rep did not even try to work with me even after I told him I was definitely looking to purchase a car today! There was zero effort given by the rep, I was never asked about features or offered any options. I was never asked about down payments (I had to actually bring that up). I do not know if that was a result of poor training or maybe I just caught the rep at the end of the day and he wanted to get out of there. It seems like the rep had no interest in selling a car, I was there maybe 45 minutes to an hour and spent maybe 20 minutes with the rep. The whole time he seemed too busy, getting up and working on other things, to even talk with me. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else. I cannot believe they let a sure sale walk out the door without any care.

Have to amend my previous review. Once they found out what my issue was they contacted me immediately and took care of getting things fixed up. The person I had been trying to get in contact with is no longer at this dealership and they had no idea. They took care of this quickly when they found out about it. Like I had mentioned in my earlier review I bought from them before with no issues, so now I'm good with how they resolved this issue. The service department is good, I left a review for them last year when I had service on my other Ford. They stood by their word. Doug in service is very professional and a decent guy, he did good work to fix this thing.

So they key issue is resolved, as soon as someone a little higher up the food chain found out what happened they called me immediately and its taken care of. The salesman I dealt with apparently never got the information to the people who needed it. Like I had mentioned in my earlier review I had a good experience before and now they took care of this problem so I they stood by their word and did a good job.

We went to this dealer because they have a truck my husbanded wanted. He went and looked at it got a trade in value on his truck, but because of the time of day my husband went they would have to work on a loan tomorrow. TWO WEEKS LATER with my husband calling and texting the sales rep. and finance guy. They told us sorry even with the high credit scores and the amount of money you make we could not get you a loan, you have to many car loan in your name no bank will give you a loan. Really ok found out they sold truck out from under us . We did go to another dealership that got a loan with in an hour. This dealership wants to limit contact and do everything over the phone and online WHAT A JOKE! we should have learned with their past not to even try.

My salespersons name is Teddy Graham. Loved it! He sent me home after my truck purchase with his business card and a bag of Teddy Graham crackers! When the purchase of my new 2020 Ford F-150 was being finalized, Teddy asked me my favorite song so they played it while blowing off confetti to celebrate my new purchase. Not only was I happy with my new truck but everyone there was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. I told my salesperson, Teddy, how later that day I was having to put my dog down and it meant a lot that during his follow up phone calls he expressed his sympathy as well as making sure I was happy with my new truck. He even told me to text him anytime if I have questions about my new truck. I feel that Teddy Graham went above and beyond just “selling” me a new vehicle!!
