Questionably high service prices

We both have repair troubles without vehicles and were quoted prices that seemed outrageous. After a bit of research it appears their repair cost is sost triple what a non dealer mechanic is. Not happy about this. Makes us not very comfortable doing business with thus company

Service department picks up my truck from where I work and does the repairs and oil changes and has it ready for me when I choose to come and get it. I will consider this dealership when I shop for my next truck.

Happy with service but would expect if service warning light is on for them to ask about fixing issue. Instead they just ignored the problem.

I drive 60 miles to work and not only did Kruse motors quickly diagnose and repair my vehicle they gave me an excellent loaner vehichle to drive while mine was in the shop. I was more than pleased and told all my friends about the service.
