In this market, it's easy to sell a vehicle. It wasn't always like this and it won't be forever, which is why good customer service is essential to bring customers back for life. Krause was difficult to get on the phone one day and blowing me up the next, pushy, changed their attitude completely once I told them I was pre-approved at a better rate than they were offering me, etc. When it came down to finlizing everything, I was on the fence about buying gap insurance and while asking questions, they said okay let us check -- then sold the vehicle to someone else. Honestly it worked out so much better for me -- I bought an identical vehicle (plus two extra options) for 2.5k less at a different Ford dealership. The second dealership was so much nicer and easier to work with, just all around better. I will always advise against working with Krause to people I know and strangers alike. You should pass on Krause and give your money to a different dealership.

My son had a accident in July, called geico sent a list of preferred body shops with quick turn around. Ending up taking car to Angela krause ford in Woodstock Georgia. Checked Jeep in with John . Geico stated repair would be finished in 8 days. After hearing nothing the first week my wife and son both called John summers at angela krouse ford to inquire about the progress on the jeep johnstated would be done by following week. Called again following week. And more excuses, waited another week for more excuses. At this time my son needed to return to collage !! Call John the next week he said the were aligning the jeep and would be finished by Friday. Thursday my wife called John summers he said would be done Friday. Drove 1 hour to angela krause ford to pick it up.Of course the pull the jeep around after payment, my wife was finishing up the paper work. Handed my son the key to his (repaired ) jeep within two minutes my son returned inside to stated the jeep is shaking badly ! And John was off work so the person we were dealing with had no clue who we were or about the jeep. At this time my wife was getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation!! The Manager came out of his office his name was Tom foster. And was asking what was going on my wife explained that the jeep had been there for 1 month and we had to constantly call John to find out the there was a lot of excuses. And finially the jeep was (done ). And driving one hour to find out that it was un-drivable. He stated I’m sorry blah-blah. And said he was going to get it looked at!! He offered a rental car however it was 4:30 on a Friday so they were closing up at Enterprize so not today!!! Tom foster stated to drive back down Saturday and he would arrange the car rental . He did ! That next week on Tuesday John called and said they couldn’t figure it out. I figured this Much hints the reason it took over a month. And wanted to take it to the jeep dear in Woodstock. I suggested taking the jeep to Shottenkirk Jeep where the Jeep was purchased and repaired at. At least mechanically! He stated he would get it towed up there. Towed because they couldn’t drive it because it was shaking!!!!!!!!!! A week or so later I received my first call from John ( he found out how to use his phone). And stated that geico approved the replacement of the engine mounts that were broken in the accident!!! Unfortunately the mounts were not in stock and would have to be ordered 3-4 day all this time not knowing anything !!!! I have called Angela krause ford and Shottenkirk. Stephen at at Shottenkirk stated he had reached out John and had no call back. Finally called and got John on the phone he stated that he thought everything was finished. Yeah right. This is now December I still haven’t seen my Jeep to this day. And it’s still in-drivable. To add insult to injury last night received a charge on my debit car in the amount of 3500$ for car rental. All of this during the Christmas Season!! And both John and Tom have amnesia!!!! Do not let them butcher your car take to a reputable body shop !!!!!!!!!!

I brought my car in for the Works. Part of this service is they check the battery. Later, after I got home my car wouldn’t start. I determined that the battery was bad. I had a friend take my car to Costco and purchases new battery. If the dealer had checked my battery, I would have purchased one from Krause. I only hope they did the other work contained in the Works.

Paid cash for a used truck! Over $45,000. No title, no plate after 7 weeks. Receptionist says “Manager's not available.“ Have bought 3 F-150s from other dealers with no trouble, so the issue is in Woodstock.

Everyone at Krause Family Ford was amazing. Our salesman Pete Gay was outstanding. Truly shows he is passionate to take care of his customers. We felt right at home during the entire process and he helped us in every way. Even when our bank was causing challenges Mr Pete put our stress and worries at ease. We will be buying from Krause Family Ford and Mr Pete again. Highly recommend.

We spent $21,000 on a truck at Krause. The AC stopped working on the way home from the dealership. They had us bring it back, and supposedly fixed it. It only worked for a couple of days, then stopped again. We emailed the sales guy, and got no response. This morning, when we started it, it was making awful noise and vibrating. We emailed someone up the food chain at Krause. Crickets. We had it towed to another dealer, where we'll have to pay who knows how much to repair this truck we just bought. These people claim to do a full, thorough inspection. They're either lying or incompetent. It comes to the same, either way. We'll never buy another vehicle from them.
