This was my second used car I purchased from koons Tyson’s Toyota. As always Mr. Mohammed Abdullah was my sales consultant very pleasant gentleman. The only bad thing was the finance part but we worked out thanks to Mr. Faris. I had my own personal loan from PenFed which Toyota would not accept the check because the age of the car and mileage. Mr. Faris explained to me why, but I had already spoken to Penfed the previous day about purchasing an older vehicle and they actually ran the vin number and they assure me it’s ok given the price. But Mr. Faris needed to hear from Penfed which was impossible to get through at that time. Either way Mr Faris gave me a better rate from Toyota and we made it happen. Spoke to Penfed and they told me it’s the car dealer that did not want to accept the check because they do that all the time.

Easy to come in and out. I could a computer work in a nice and clean room during waiting. I expect they adjust tire pressure but they didn’t so I give 4 stars

Koons has been charging Mark ups for their vehicles, why would anyone support them. Other dealers will give you msrp at least while they are charging thousands over.

Chris Bava was really helpful through the process. However, the manager was not very customer friendly. I got the car only because of good salesman and ability to respect the customer’s opinion.
