Koons has been charging Mark ups for their vehicles, why would anyone support them. Other dealers will give you msrp at least while they are charging thousands over.

Good and quick process…may need management review

Chris Bava was really helpful through the process. However, the manager was not very customer friendly. I got the car only because of good salesman and ability to respect the customer’s opinion.

Service took longer than quoted, but appreciated being able to use coupon. Still don't have my quote from body shop for bumper paint which was supposed to be emailed

Wonderful and easy buying a car. Ask for Maria! She was great and found me the exact car I wanted. I would go back and purchase another car from her and Koons.

Maria Laze is perfect

I bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla. And my experience just was a perfect because of Maria Laze. She is perfect. She took care of me from the moment I entered to the Koons Toyota Tysons until the last minute. I strongly recommend customers to find and ask her name before purchasing a car. If she is your sale person, you are good to go. Thanks to Toyota having such a person like Maria Laze.

Darn poor service.

Darn poor service. I made online appointments - twice. Neither service advisor bothered to look at what I requested. In both cases I was immediately sent home without anything being done. I was told to wait for a call from a service advisor. So far, it has been three weeks.

Mr John Boehm was great!! I had to take my SUV to Koons Tyson’s Toyota without appointments , his customer service ,diagnosis & discount was outstanding. Everything seemed very efficient & I was happy.

I loved buying my car there but service is not so good.

I loved buying my car there but service is not so good. I just needed a quick check in. We bought the service plan hoping it would be as good as our salesperson- had an appointment for fluid top offs and tire rotation and it was nearly a 3 hour wait.
