Poor communication

I sincerely hesitated in writing a negative review due to the fact that Kingdom Chevy didn't actually do anything. Unfortunately, that is the actual problem. After multiple emails and calls, I could not any of the information I was seeking regarding a new Chevrolet Colorado that they had posted for sale on cars.com. Besides one or two, the emails I received were auto-responses or a request to come in to test drive after I was clear that I live in a different state.

Worst experience Ever!!

5 returns, my car was finally repaired and this problem accrued after pior repairs at this establishment! From 8am to 1:00 and car returned dirty!

Couldn’t do something as simple as forward on pics of a car, likely because it didn’t exist. Repeatedly asked and all I got was automated emails. Not interested

Lying and deceitful

Came to see a car that was priced below market price, basically it was priced at the private party rate, which is rare. However, when they give you a price they don't shoot the sale price up at closing before letting you see the real numbers. I had to fight and get somewhat belligerent just to get the internet price. Everyone is shady here from the salesmen, to the managers and the finance department. They also did a very poor job on the detail. Buyers beware. I would NOT recommend coming to this place.

Sold me a lemon

I bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from them and 3 months in I had to have over $10k in work done. Once my warranty expired they advised me that I had to pay cash for all further repairs. I’ve only had the cat for 13 months

Bait and switch. online pictures didnt match

Found a colorado on cars.Com, but when I arrived they showed me a different car blaming the picture guy for the confusuon. Waste of a 45minute drive. Never returning. Sales guy, Rocco, was nice and professional.

I set up an appointment to test drive a car the very next day. I got a call that day to confirm my visit and test drive. when I got there I was told that the car was already sold. Was shown a similar car so wasn't to mad. I doubt that the car was sold within the hour they called to confirm my appointment wish they were up front that they didn't have the car. Prices are reasonable though and they are still friendly

I had the pleasure of speaking with Deandre Washington and I most say I was very pleased with his service. Every question I had was answered. I wasn’t sure in the beginning of exactly what car to get but once a budget was set he did everything in his power to lay out all possible options and leave me satisfied.

Dante is the person to see. He is very polite and knowable. He makes sure you are satisfied with your car. He also follows up with you later. Great salesman.

Had the opportunity to work with Dante. What an excellent salesperson and great person overall. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about the vehicles an the business. He took his time with me and listened to my needs. I walked into the dealership curious about the 2018 Impala.
