I have a 2017 wrangler unlimited in the shop with a bad transmission under warranty. It is going on three weeks and it is still not put together, all I get for answers is a few more days. I think by now it should be a priority. I was told that other appointments have to be done. My vehicle should be number one on list to be completed. I will not buy another vehicle at Kimberly. The attitude of the service person is like I don't need to be bothered, when we get it done we will let you know. When the issue first happened and I called the service person acted like they didn't want the vehicle brought to Kimberly ( I guess they'll have to bring it here). I have filed a complaint with Jeep customer care.

I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the service dept. on a Monday morning. I got there at 8 am and stood waiting for 20 minutes with a service employee sitting looking at me but would not wait on me. when he finally did ask what I needed, I told him I had an appointment to drop off my truck for rust proofing service. He said I had no appointment even though he never even asked my name. every time I tried to talk he interrupted me and became extremely rude and told me to get out of his shop. WOW!! I spent over $48,000 to be treated like a piece of trash. If you want to buy a vehicle stay away from Kimberly Car City and the Courtesy group. This dealership has no customer service skills at all!

My salesman was Scott Gwinn. I have purchased 10 to 15 vehicles from him over the years. I have followed Scott from every dealership he has been. He is a great guy and salesman. I have always had a great experience when dealing with Scott. He will go out of his way to help you. The entire time I was at Kimberly Car City everyone I dealt with was fantastic. I want to thank Scott, Logan, Jason and Brent for everything they did for me today.
