Did not even change the oil before selling vehicle, and I have NO IDEA where the Title and registration are yet.... SIX MONTHS LATER. Repeated calls are their strong suit.
The sales service was wonderful, however, upon delivery there was only one key for the Cadillac? They said they would contact the previous owner and check on the other key and we never got a call back. So, we ask the dealership if they would share the cost of this key and they refused?? Never gave it a thought that we needed to ask before the purchase if there was a spare key? This second key cost us $400. Expensive lesson learned!

My experience with my recent purchase was just excellent, once again. This was my sixth purchase from the dealership since 2009 and my forth X5. This was my first purchase with Patrick Grijalva as my sales representative. Patrick was so good to work with. Very knowledgeable about the product, so helpful answering all of my questions and very patient with me on the delivery and getting up to speed on all the features. I know I can come back with questions. I couldn't be happier. Amazing, ultimate driving machine and amazing customer service!

2007 Crossfire safety air bag light is on
Made appointment for safety air bag light being on since they did previous air bag work. Showed up for appointment only to be told they did not have personnel or equipment to diagnose what they did wrong. They advertise being able to work on all models and customer will not go away unhappy. Well both those company goals are not being met. Was not even referred to another shop that could do the work, was told I would have to find them on my own. Will never visit this dealer again for new cars or service work they are incompetent!
Poor service on an older model
My 2004 Jeep Liberty has been in the repair shop here for 47 days now. It's been given lowest repair status because of it's age and that I bought it out of state when I lived elsewhere. Currently they are saying it needs an oil gasket and seal for a leak... but they can't find parts! Are you kidding me?? This is the second time I've taken it to this place to repair an oil leak. The first time they kept it over 30 days and changed out the computer and water hoses, but didn't do a repair for an oil leak. Oh, and they charged us $4,751 for repairs it didn't need. I drove the "repaired" car home and back to town the second day when the smoke from the engine happened again...took it right back to them. Now it's been 47 days and I still don't have my car back. Sure, I have a "loaner" car this time around, but not MY car. Don't like how I'm being treated at all. Someone needs to sit down the repair manger and have a talk with him about priorities!
Poor Customer Service
Rick Gilbreath-Sales Professional was very helpful in responding to my phone calls and answering my questions during the course of 5 days. At no time during my discussions with Rick did he ask me for a down payment as I was considering the purchase of a Volkswagen GTI. As I became more interested in this vehicle Rick referred me to a lending institution where I filled out an application for the purchase of this car and I was approved for financing. On the Friday of that week I was contacted by Rick that the vehicle was sold that Thursday evening. I was surprised and asked how and why this happened and Rick said it was taken out of his hands and he referred me to Brent Seibel there General Sales Manager. I contacted Mr. Seibel and he said because I did not place money down on the vehicle that he made the decision to have another interested party look at the VW and they bought it. So folks BEWARE don't buy a vehicle from Kimberly Car City they value your MONEY more than you!!! 5 stars to Rick an excellent sales professional! No stars to Brent and Kimberly Car City!!! P.S. Yesterday I received a pre-qualified for vehicle financing from Kimberly Car City from 5,000 to a 35,000 dollar purchase....I can assure Kimberly Car City that I will purchase another car elsewhere!!!
Top of the line dealer. Best salesman I have ever worked with in my 50 years of buying vehicles. I would recommend to anyone. All aspects of dealer were outstanding. My 3rd vehicles from this dealer.
