Bought a 2019 Lincoln nautilus with 25000 miles last month. Before buying I was handed clean car fax and was told it was not damaged. Took it out on the highway after purchase and the hood started trembling. Went to the Lincoln dealership to see what was wrong and it had been in a major accident. The Lincoln dealership said they cannot let us drive it out of there in the condition it’s in due to safety concerns. The bumper and grill were held together with caulk and wood screws. Wiring was cut and spliced and most pieces under the hood are cracked and destroyed. Not to mention the frame damage. The quote for repairs is over 6000. It’s been in pieces at Lincoln for three weeks. They have refused to give us a rental so I’m paying for that too and I cannot get an answer on if they will help. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life.

i cant believe they still in business considering they bad customer service.never answers on emails and when called there sales people are so rude and short with answering any questions

I am impressed with Nick, he went above and beyond to find a resolution for my problem when I purchased a vehicle from him. He did not shy away from ensuring that I left with complete trust and knowing that there was integrity in the way he does business. I am truly humbled because my purchase was done in haste and relied on the honesty of good intent in the purchase of my vehicle. Hey, Nick Keeping doing what your doing and you will prosper ten times over. I really buy stock in what you did for me. Thank you!, though we both accepted responsibility for error, we both walked away as winners. Now that's a Captain of his ship that no matter what he takes the responsibility for resolution.

I am absolutely appalled by this dealership by far. This dealership doesn’t even deserve a star. Don’t even waste your time take your business elsewhere from an actual dealership who knows what they’re doing. They tried to tell me a car wasn’t sold, that actually was in fact sold the previous day. They actually told me someone jumped in the car an took off. What a bunch of xxxxxxxx. I had to talk to four different people to actually get a straightforward answer that the vehicle was actually sold. You don’t have to lie to your potential customers. Take it off the market when it has been sold. I had made an appointment to finish paperwork, had the cash was on my way to the dealership, and yet the sold it anyway. The PREVIOUS day. They don’t care about their customers at all they are nothing less than a bunch of dogs an snakes. I beg you, take your business elsewhere, do not be scammed by this dealership.

This must be the worst dealership in America. Just like you need a license to sell houses they to make it for Auto Dealership. I will be writing my local Congressman for ideas to have more control over these type of dealership.

We bought a 2015 Nissan Versa our experience with the staff was extremely friendly and the purchasing process was subliminal. The car was clean and in the best quality at an redoutable price with low mileage.

Water pooped out of dash!!!

I made a turn in an Audi Q7 and felt at least a half gallon of water poor out from under the dashboard onto my feet. The vin was scratched, the key fob didn’t work, the back hatch didn’t work, there’s water on the carpet, the push to start button didn’t work, the tires are not legal in terms of mm (basically bald on one side of the car, not on the other). Their “luxury cars” need to to be inspected by a detective. If I was a sucker and bought this or the other Audi they have on their lot, I would be able to suit them for all they have given their reputation and the class action that would take place. They have it up for 17k, it’s worth 11k at most and needs more than 5k in major repairs alone. Another 2k in time and 2k in electrical. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, don’t drive to Denton to get suckered. RUN AWAY FROM THEIR CAR LOT!

Having purchased four vehicles inside the past 24 months , I've found that the abundance in digital resources available for consumers today (including the all important 3rd party reviews) speed up the final steps of the buying process ; by narrowing search efforts to maintain only the top few manageable selections and all this before ever having to contact or physucally appear at a dealership. This can be good or bad, because having only a few pics to go by, the word of your initial contact is worth its weight in gold, especially when traveling more than 5 hours one way. We've all experienced the "yes it's still available " only to find that the vehicle you came for just sold an hour before you came , or the car you're presented doesn't looks like beat up version of what you came to see. Non- transparency, hidden issues, milage discrepancies, and even salvage titles. Many pictures coupled with a stand up sales representative who discloses everything known and recently uncovered issues goes a long way but these days, far and few between. My contact was Ali who was spotty at times but maintained contact until I could get in. The dealership's presentation of the BMW 528i which would be driven by my daughter, was fairly accurate, especially the interior and other cosmetics. The car was certified and came with a two year extended warranty which apparently meant that every inch was checked and if required fixed and all required service was up to date. Nick the GM joined us after my test drive and basically tailored every step of the process to my advantage. Pricing was competetive yet reasonable, no gauging here folks, they're fair, and so we came to an agreement in a flash. While Ali completed the final steps, i.E paper tags, logistics etc., Sam ( another sales rep) came over and along with another gent took charge in safely (without scrapping the undercarriage )loading and securing the BMW onto my trailer. Back Inside the office , Don (director of finance) prepared all the required paperwork, for me to sign and explained and answered any questions concerns and bid me farewell. When I went outside, the car was loaded and Ali along with Nick were awaiting , only to wish me a safe trip and reaffirm that they stand behind , by, next and infront of their product. 2018 Honda Civic EX

Went to Kian Motors at 831 E McKinney in Denton, TX yesterday to look at a 2018 Honda Civic they had marketed with an EX Trim. The whole time they’re talking like it’s an EX. When I asked for carfax to review on our way out turns out it’s an LX! Oh, that’s why the pricing was so good! I’m sure they’re hoping someone is passive enough to not notice that they’re purchasing something different from what’s being marketed. Funny I don’t see the vehicle online today. They either found a sucker or worried they might get reported... which I plan to do. So messed up. We wasted 3 hours and missed football pre-game for this scam! DON’T trust Kian Motors!

After full discovery of unknown Damage Kian net me halfway and paid cash for half the repairs . The measure of a company is not what the do when things go well it’s what they do when they don’t. Highly recommend
