Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had!
Great experience!! No pressure. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent 1 1/2 hours explaining the features of our 2019 Optima S, and helped us pair our phones to Kia access. Will definitely recommend Paul and the Taylor KIA Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The experience was like no other! Very pleasant people to deal with especially salesman Paul. Never felt pressured and could actually look at what we wanted and not what they wanted to sell. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Great place, great people. We love our 2018 Camaro SS!

Third time is not a charm..
Bought 3 different cars at this dealer..Took the BMW to get it serviced they said it need a motor mine had metal in the engine..I turned that down and took it to a BMW dealership..no metal in the engine but had 2 bad sensors makings it stall out. So no I will not be back.

Stay away. They will package plan you into a dealer warranty. "Which I think is illegal" I've been trying to get my warranty since June. I've had to cancel it myself months ago and all I need is these guys to send me a check. They have hung up and ignored me for months.

Dont waste your time here! Pushy, rude salemaen and screw-you-over prices! I was looking for a Kia Telluride and came here to just test drive one. They only had 1 on their lot and it was not actually what I wanted. Ken was who i dealt and I was very annoyed by how he treated me. He made many comments alluding to me not being able to afford this car and trying to push me into a Sorento. I know sometimes there are kickbacks for salesguys on certain vehicles but he was rudely persistent. He told how "sticker shocked" i was going to be, that most people come and realize they can't afford it and buy a Sorento, ect, ect. After telling him i was not at all interested in a Sorento, he had 1 waiting when I came back from the test drive. They are also up-charging their Tellurides by $5000 over MRSP. I decided than and there i would not be returning to deal with him or anyone else here and I didnt! I just bought a 2021 Kia Telluride EX w/ a premium package from Celebration Kia at sticker price!

Just want my jeep fixed!!
I purchased a 2012 jeep wrangler with a lift kit in February. In april the rear driveshaft failed. Brand new modification. At the time of purchase I bought the extended warranty which covers any powertrain issues. I bring my vehicle in the shop only to be put on hold FOR A MONTH with the warranty BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP NEVER PUT IN THE CORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING THE MODIFICATION. I have been on the phone for two weeks now calling Kia of Alliance trying to get this resolved so that I can drive my vehicle which I am still making $400 payments for every month although it is UNDRIVEABLE right now. I have contacted them several times and have not gotten calls back or any resolution or updated communication resolving this issue.
